That's a Ruger Mini-14 in a Clyde Armory SCAR chassis system, with a M14 EBR butt stock welded on.
I've added a barrel stabilizer (AccuStrut) and done a trigger job, as well as added some other minor tweaks to tighten the groups.
It's not your average Mini-14 Ranch Rifle, but one of the 580-series Tactical rifles.
The group was shot at 110 yards with 55 grain GGG .223 Remington ammunition from prone. Added another group picture here.
