Just shitpost vatniks on Jow Forums. You’ll accomplish the same thing and the only risk of death will be a slow one from heart disease for being a fat shit.
Which side? and why?
Ukrainian nationalists and family history
>this just in: OP wants to join a civil war. More news at 6.
maybe take a flight there and try not to get killed while looking for them.
Take a gun and shoot them until they're dead.
Yuck.
See you from the other side.
>ukrainian
No such thing.
Ukrainians r gay
Thanks for the support fellas
facebook. i joined ypg in 2015 via facebook, this year i'll join a ukrainian volunteer batallion. made the contact via facebook again, it's actually the most easy shit to get into. ordering food online is more work sometimes.
i won't give you any names of groups that take volunteers, do that "work" yourself. not only because i don't want to meet you, but because they're easy to find and almost every one of them has a facebook account.
slava ukraini, herojam slava.
They won't want you there period
this stupid meme has gone way too far. even the most drunk vatnik nationalists don't negate there's a historical region of ukraine with an ethnic group called ukrainians.
>joined YPG
I hope all of your commie buddies have been blown to bits by this point
pretty sure you're a few years late for the real action.
well a lot of them, yes. but none of them were commies. ypg being communist is a stupid internet meme, and looking into their history and actual ideology is worth it.
there are self declared commies fighting there tho, a battalion mainly consisting of different turkish commie guerilla groups. roughly 50 people, out of 60k ypg fighters total. but they only fight under ypg high command, they have their own structures, flags and coat of arms.
there's been 27k violations of the minsk agreement this year so far. 80 dead civilians, rougly 200 dead combatants. that's not nothing. it's not the battle for donezk airport, sure, but it's not nothing.
and it's going to get more hot again, for sure. separatists ie claim the ukrainians will start a huge offensive during the upcoming soccer world cup in russia.
That may be true but let me propose something to you; who the fuck cares?
ukrainians
and me, i'm annoyed that every time the word "ukraine" is mentioned someone makes those stupid posts
>there are self declared commies fighting there tho, a battalion mainly consisting of different turkish commie guerilla groups. roughly 50 people
I hope they all get run over with steamrollers, feet first.
i'd prefer them over isis or any other kind of sharia islamist any time desu
>he expects to get a solid answer on this issue on nu-Jow Forums right around summer time
Honestly what is the difference?
No such ethnic group.
that's a pretty retarded question, read a fucking book you nigger. or start with wikipedia. I'm not a fucking commie, but i hate this retarded mentality of putting everything in one pot. Like saying nazis and commies are the same, they're not. They might both be shit, but they're not the same. There's huge differences.
I interviewed and vetted English speaking (mostly British, but a few others) volunteers who turned up in Croatia. That's a different story for a different time, but the basic points and risks still stand.
The first thing you need to remember is that, all legalities and practicalities aside, is that it isn't your war. You've alluded to family history but it isn't their war, either, and I'd only mention that if asked. There are some extremely paranoid and cautious individuals that are members of these groups and saying the wrong thing or giving the wrong answer could result in your death. Even if they think you're legitimate, and you end up with a legitimate bunch, you're still going to be viewed with a certain level of suspicion as an outsider. Do not be surprised if they turn you down for this alone.
Your next step is to think what you bring to the table. What's your offer? Do you have UK military experience? You don't have to answer that, because then it'd be even easier for the powers that be to piece together who you are, but keep that in mind. How fit are you? Do you have an interesting or useful background, in education or employment? What's your language skill like, in addition to a bit of Ukrainian? With all of that in mind, you need to be honest about you as a package and what you give to them - and if it outweighs the massive risk they're already taking by bringing you into the fold.
Third, out of the most important considerations, is your future. Out of the Anglo volunteers I encountered in Croatia, I'd say about 25 percent of them had any sort of success or stability in the future. The rest wound up in some extremely sticky instances, or were killed. Even if what you're doing isn't illegal, it may be in the future. It may be illegal in a country you transit through to get back to the UK.
There are other things. The lack of pay, the incredible danger, the boredom, the complete lack of substantial western support. If you've any questions then go ahead.
why are you crying, and what's an u-crane?
Figures. A gun with a big swastika and eagle, and the marking 'Japan'.
statistics actually show that there's no increase in posters or posts at all during the months of summer
Typical summer fag response.
Yeah, post a mirror pic.
Shame the Turks didn't kill you.
I'm saying either way, one wants to instill a strict regime where a small few have limitless power and freedom while countless others are persecuted and slaughtered
So you're going to an hero like the gas mask guy?
Do you not automatically lose your citizenship fighting for a foreign army? That's how it work in the US
The men go to war and the students try to make up for it
got any good stories you mind sharing? Also what about the seperatists cause?
What is this Ukraine place everyone keeps talking about? Whenever someone supposedly points it out to me on a map all I see is Russia.
It’s that place where Putin stabbed Givi and Motorola in the back and murdered them in front of their own men.
Ah, the cause of the noble rebels in Eastern Ukraine. Those guys are a bunch of former criminals, who worship Stalin and actually sentence people to death based on actual Soviet law under Stalin. People get executed for looting because they steal chickens, women aren't allowed to sit in cafes in the evening and called prostitutes, because they drink alcohol and aren't at home baking pirogi for their kids, journalists have been abducted and tortured. You can actually watch this shit in the Vice "Russian Roulette" series. Yes, it's Vice and Ostrovsky is a Jew, but they got some really interesting footage.
>youtube.com
Besides that, it's not a civil war, it's a proxy war between Russia and Ukraine. Fuck the separatists.
And now, let the Vatnik shitstorm begin.
>ukranians
>ukranian
>ukraine
No such thing
>What is this Texas place everyone keeps talking about? Whenever someone supposedly points it out to me on a map all I see is the US
Even if Ukraine was Russia, you guys are retarded and unfunny
Tell us more about vetting volunteers. Sounds interesting.
It's that place where the ruskies broke hitler's back at some piss ant village with an assload of mediocre tanks. Sabaton wrote a song about it.
It was, and the Ukrainian boyars were highly respected. Often times, the expansion of the Russian empire would hinge on support from Ukrainian and Cossack boyars.
>any good stories
nice people over there, shitty equipment, a lot of bang bang and a lot of BOOM by burger jets. thx to those we won almost every battle. i took a bullet in the arm after 5 months, shattered my upper arm bone. i then spent 5 weeks in the dirtiest hospital imaginable, with a suicide bombing like 50 meters from the building one day. worst time of my life, pain, boredom, people screaming at night. no morphium or anything for anyone, even the guys who literally gone through hell and barely survived had to suffer. got home after that. but still a precious experience, i'd do it again.
What about USA backing ukraine, how bug is their interest in the country? I have seen the footage of USA training Ukraine army
Most of the time it was as simple as ringing around Regimental Associations, or having trusted and previously vetted individuals vouch for them if they had prior experience. My Croat employers asked for grading on a number of different areas. I didn't have a great deal at my disposal so most of the time it was an hour or so chat, a bit of lunch and if they were properly weird I'd send them packing. I had Interpol access, thankfully, which saved us a lot of headaches down the line.
Those who I had genuine concerns about were then interviewed further by another individual. We did the same job, but if we had any one that we didn't like we'd send them over to the other to get a second opinion. If they were plain unsuitable I'd drive them back to the train station after sorting them out with some dinner. Basically if they said or did anything we didn't like we sent them away. Many just went elsewhere and joined another unit, but I like to think I maintained some semblance of standard.
The bar was quite low, but as you can imagine we had all sorts of loons turn up. Some Austrians/Swiss with loads of Waffen SS kit, an Australian who thought he was sent by God and an American who genuinely believed that we were fighting the Russians and wanted in. In addition to them there were numerous gangsters, thieves, degenerates and assorted crooks. Many of the British volunteers had some quality and skill but there were others that had quite obvious mental issues/drinking problems/eye watering criminal record. One of these later wound up dead in Antwerp in late 1996, trying to negotiate a diamond deal. Another tried to rob the HOS of firearms and ended up having his head cut off.
It was worth a shot
>An American wanting to fight the Russians
What a typically redneck thing to do. Guess people really didn't get over the Cold War fast, huh.
How long does a western volunteer have to serve? have there been people who got in and decided it wasn't for them after a few weeks?
>ukrainian
How much did it take to get over there? Also what gear did you bring with you?
What do you mean "get over it?". Russia has been a hostile power since ww2 and no evidence of it lessening anytime soon. Still a stupid idea to go try to fight "rebels" without real support.
>who the fuck cares?
Well, I was referring to those of a more optimistic, leftward bent, who in all historical accounts I've read were thrilled by the thought that Russia was magically fixed with the fall of the Soviet Union. It's just a little funny to see a living embodiment of the stereotype the left created for anyone who viewed "reformed" Russia with skepticism.
What is it like for the volunteers who do get to serve? Do they usually see combat, or are they kept in the rear?
Ah the cause of the noble internet bullshitter. That rapist guy didn't actually get executed. And what would be the problem in executing rapists anyhow?
Guess we see what sort of people support the Ukrainian side of things. Child rapists.
>Russians so desperate to be seen as powerful that they feel the need to destroy an entire nation of retards for some land literally a 10th the size of Texas
>When that inevitably backfires they make sure to vocally support themselves via an Indonesian Snorkeling forum
Really makes you think.
Did people bring their own funz at all?
Was that allowed?
>Some Austrians/Swiss with loads of Waffen SS kit
Reminded me of this video

>He didn't read the Swiss thread
If you go to war with Slavs, they will gang rape you.
get one of these
