No, installed the PWS buffer tube, Geissele Gucci 42 buffer spring and buffer, and LMT Gen II stock, like 2 days ago, but haven't done the trigger and KNS pins yet. Didn't do much today, and might be headed to my ranch tomorrow.

Guys, question: I shot an AR for the first time yesterday, a SIG 516. Now, I am intimately familiar with the Stgw 90 (swissfag reporting) and think it's a good rifle. The controls are a bit weird to me, obviously, especially to use the charging handle and lock the bolt to the rear. I can do both with the Stgw, but on an AR my face is in the way to charge it and for the locking part, I cannot just grasp across the receiver and push the button with my thumb while holding the bolt back with the side of my hand.
Anyway, my question: how does the SIG 516 compare to other ARs? Can I say I shot every AR now or are there HUGE differences? If I liked it, could I just buy any other AR and be fine with it regarding the manual of arms?

They're all pretty much the same. Some have ambi-controls added to the right hand side of the receiver.
If you have shot one, you can pretty much shoot them all.
