Also, thinking about putting together a 10.5" pcc in 10mm. Start out with an SBA3 maybe on an aero survival 10mm, getting a can and an SBR stamp. Have enough to do the pistol part at least. Think it might be a fun little pdw type thing. thinking a cheap light optic, like maybe the holosun holographic or the 403. Maybe an RMR. 10mm ballistics out of 6"+ barrels are pretty decent, and I already have a 10mm CC, so I dunno. Any thoughts?

Just need a +5000dB gain antenna. CB frequencies get decent ionospheric propagation ("skip" in CB terms) around sunset and sunrise (called the golden hour), you can find tables and calculators for this online. This is your best chance to receive and transmit on a CB.

Between the eotec vudu and vortex viper gen2 what would be better on an 18in ar? Also ive never had a scope before but ive seen a lot of people recommend various 1-6 scopes on here but when i asked a buddy what he thought of the eotech he said 1-6 wouldnt be good enough to shoot out to 500yards, is that just wrong or is he right?
