Hate to say it but an ak with hp ammo. You get sand or dust or whatever into that it will still work.
You can wash it in a stream and it'll be fine. Yes you will get residue accumulate in the barrel. Yes the flash will be brighter, but that's ok if you are just hunting game that won't shoot back.

So, I think the structurally neutral is muddled. The sub is different than the hotdog and taco, simply because the bread is aligned differently. The sub still has the bread layers on the top and bottom, while the taco and hotdog are mostly enveloped by the sides. I think a sandwich requires that the top and bottom layers be bread, while the horizontal plane between the bread be mostly open.
