I thought all the Otis spray can stuff was bio clp but after spraying a bit of 085 it looked like CLP and smelled like gasoline.

I use 10w30 oil, that's just what I always have lying around. I use WD-40 when I'm steaming guns to blue them or convert the rust. Gets the water off like NASA designed it to do.
Then I de-grease and oil the parts, WD-40 leaves a residue that turns to shit after long term storage.
