Talk me out of buying this my dudes

I know it's a meme gun, but I want one anyway. They're like $300 at Rural King, so it's not like it's expensive even at my shitty office slave salary. The only "purpose" I can really justify using it for other than fun is maybe home defense, but my wife will bitch about it since I called home defense for like the last three guns I bought.

Tbh I’ve thought about getting one and putting a laser on the top so I can just hip fire it for home defense or just fun

Just do it, user.

Ive shot every load l could buy off the shelf with mine. I dont regret it. But I do want to SBS it

Nothing is illegal if nobody knows

they're so cheap there's no reason not to have one for home defense

good job talking about felony offenses online retards

>nobody lies on the internet
>not using VPNs
Fuck off

No stock is a pretty fucking humongous reason for throwing it in the trash.

Attached: atfplsgo.jpg (636x614, 55K)

Ill be honest. You have to learn how to handle it. And prep your stance for most loads.
Minishells are honestly the way to go. I could hit a minislug out of my shockwave at a target a hundred yards away.

friend has one - they're the most uncomfortable thing I've ever shot, although that may be due to the 3-inch slugs were were shooting out of it.

If you're fine with having a meme-tier range toy and can handle wrecking your wrists, go nuts.

File down the safety. Or wear gloves. The safety will draw blood from the webs of your hand

?... if you live in a tiny apartment its fine

i dont have one but if i didnt have a handgun i would get one i think

youtube.com/watch?v=IlBKWYOxzMY

its only a fun range gun
youtube.com/watch?v=tYjThckYqBQ

>they're the most uncomfortable thing I've ever shot
THIS
I bought one for the cool factor and I had the money to blow, and still I almost regret it, gonna be my trunk gun, so thats something, but its not fun to shoot, I like my nova, even when i load slug into it and it kicks like a unwilling bitch, it's still fun to shoot, but my Shockwave was unpleasant, still, I like to own a shotgun with a short barrel so easy, might be worth putting a brace on it, idk if you can shoulder it like a AR/AK pistol, now that thats legal, but if so that would fix the thing.

its fun as fuck get one

just get a "brace"

Need an HD gun for every room

Video games aren't real user
This shit will get you killed. I'm serious.

Since we're going full memes here, I wonder how well a crosshair flashlight like you see with old SAS pics would work

This is the best way to hold and use it.

>I called home defense on the last three guns I bought
Explain the concept of a New York reload and it's benefits in times of extreme stress, i.e. a home invasion. Look her dead in the eye and steal that line from the one armed guy in Unforgiven.
>Why the hell you carryin so many guns? You ain't got but one arm!
>I don't intend to die for lack of shootin back.

Without a stock, the bead sight isn't sufficient. Hard to hit a damn thing without practice, even if it is a shotgun.

I make 35k/yr, owe $2200 0% interest credit and $18k car @ 2.49%. I have $200 in savings. Should I buy a $700 AK?

I'm afraid this particular model might be sold out forever soon ;_;

Attached: 20180606_091104.jpg (1396x581, 550K)

The bfpu Romanian AK? They are good for the money, buy why not just buy a wasr since they are at the same price range and they have a better barrel.

I don't shoot corrosive ammo so I don't care about the chrome lining, and I'll end up spending way more than 700 just to get the BFPU look I want on the WASR

No. You don't have enough money for that to be a good idea. You're already living beyond your means with that car and the credit card debt, don't make things worse.

Ok -_-

Use a flashlight for that.worked for the SAS and Zodiac

Fuck me you took out a loan for more than half a year's salary for a depreciating asset like a car? You are one retarded motherfucker holy shit.

Don't buy anything unless you absolutely have to until you're debt free you goddamn oxygen thief.

Attached: 1396310929535.jpg (245x318, 12K)

>home defense
This is a toy. If you actually want a home defense shotgun then you want something with a stock.

Do it, but in marinecote

Attached: 20180601_205951.jpg (4032x2268, 2.34M)

Well I have 25k in company stocks. So I could pay it all off If i wanted.

Did you try using the grip, cause that's what it's there for

....you guys talking shit and talking about sbs do know the atf said a brace is good to go,right? Remington even sells one pre made with a brace now.

Attached: Screenshot_20180527-081426_Chrome.jpg (1080x2220, 262K)

The fact that you have a loan in the first place is retarded enough. Unless your stock value is increasing in value at more than 2.5% per year then sell them ASAP.

NEVER take out a loan on a depreciating asset.

Living in a tiny apartment doesn't make the gun any better. Its a novelty gun and everyone including mossberg knows it. In real life you don't go clearing the house, you hold up in a safe place

Yeah, nah I'm good. And yeah the car was stupid. Everyone told me it was a great idea. At least it's a 2017 civic and not something stupid and impractical.

no one cares what the bureau of Autistic Toddler Faggots thinks. But yeah OP, *don't* illegally modify your guns and *do* pay the $200 goy stamp to those glorified tax collectors. Not complying with unconstitutional laws is dangerous to our democracy and freedom.

Forgot pic

Attached: 20180606_101959.jpg (1440x501, 66K)

Fuck me you should be driving a 2005 Civic at that wage. Everyone that told you it was a good idea was a retard.

You're pissing money down the drain if you're not paying off those loans as soon as possible. That credit card is very quickly gonna become a burden on your life if you don't pay it off as well.

Good man

ITT: A bunch of limp wristed faggots.

Do it, the cheap used ones have to come from somewhere.

Attached: stares in infringement.jpg (224x224, 34K)

Noodle arm faggots who can't handle a little recoil.

>rustington
into le garbage

I am selling my remington tac14 for 300.

You can. The shouldering has nothing to do with what the brace is attached to. The shockwave is already a firearm just like my former pistol with oal >26 inches. Both are firearms, I can shoulder the brace on both. For now.

I have one in 20 gauge, it's fun as hell to shoot.

Attached: 1476423866296.jpg (570x691, 82K)

Get one OP they're retardedly fun

Have y'all tried not having vaginas?

Attached: image.jpg (750x1004, 120K)

>wanting to guarantee accurate hits is faggotry
In that cases I will go suck on some dicks.
PGO shotguns are fucking irredeemable garbage that offer no benefit over a short barrel stocked one. Its not even fun as a toy.

Didn't mean to leave muh trip on

Spend the money on a real shotgun with an 18.5 in barrel.

was he slam firing that?

>hurrr don't borrow money to buy a car
How the fuck do you get a car then? Nobody has tens of thousands of dollars just laying around you fucking faggot

>hip fire
youtube.com/watch?v=mqozP2e_qc0

Trading up.

Buy a uses car you can afford drive it for a while while saving. Sell it for roughly what you paid for it. Put money you saved with proceeds from sale, buy nicer car. Repeat as necessary. Saving is a forgotten skill, people today prefer to be in debt.

thank hungry skeltal

>How the fuck do you get a car then? Nobody has tens of thousands of dollars just laying around you fucking faggot

try buying a car that isn't new, you fucking dink

I borrowed $3,500 to buy a $5,000 car from a guy on craigslist. I got to take out a personal loan instead of an auto loan, received the title on day 1, and paid less per month than I do on electricity, not to mention what I've saved on insurance and registration.

This was years ago, and the thing still runs great because I shopped around for a vehicle which was in good shape.

Not tucking the arm/10

Shameful

>Have y'all tried not having vaginas?
yeah once, it sucked

but for real, you have to really practice with this thing to get good at it, its a unique firearm and needs practice

No, I will not. Buy it, load it with mini-shells and go shoot the fuck out of something from the hip. It's a god damn blast.

Attached: 20180420_170756.jpg (4533x2161, 2.69M)

tac-14 is garbage

>That loose a grip on the forend.

No, I'll keep my fingers thanks.

>Talk me out of buying this my dudes
I can't.
I want one too.

>$35k/yr
>$200 in savings

Jesus fucking Christ, I managed to put away that much almost a month off about ~$14k a year with around $900/month in rent, utilities, and food. I didn't even have a credit card, either. What the actual fuck are you doing?

i considered getting one just so i could chop up a Louisville slugger and turn it into furniture. i just want to toss a few baseballs and blast em with buckshot

Kek yeah it is pretty impractical but it's honestly the most fun I've have shooting. I can't wait to try to hit clays with it.

ZERO REGRETS

Attached: shockwave3.jpg (2048x1176, 304K)

Is this a joke? Why the fuck is the only metal part on the gun that can't rust changed for the "marinecoat"

sb tactical makes that brace for the mossberg shockwave so buy that instead then get the opsol mini shell adapter and you have a non NFA 14" barrel firearm with a 8+1 capactiy.

WINNING

Attached: 8451120_01_new_mossberg_590_shockwave_20g_640.jpg (640x480, 47K)

Its completely useless in any situation other than pulling it up from under a coat and blasting away from the hip in tight rooms or hallways on the set of a shitty movie.

That being said I own 3 of them.

Buy a used car you massive, retarded, usury-target faggot.

Even low tier wagecucks can gather $5K, which is plenty to find a reliable used car in decent condition. Shop around, check out police auctions, craigslist, try to outjew a used car dealer, whatever. Learn some shit about cars or get a mechanic buddy so you know what you're looking at.

After that, trade up. Say you get a $5K bargain at a police auction. Save up another $5K over a couple of years, sell the car you had for $3.5K. Now you have $8.5K to spend on a car. Rinse and repeat until you're driving something you can live with.

I started doing this on a smaller scale at 16. First car was a low mileage 88 Towncar that I scored for $500. Today I drive a used A4 which is fine for me, and its perfectly sustainable to just trade out every few years for a newer model. Have literally never had a car loan and work as an accountant, so it's not like I'm rolling in cash.

Does the mini shell adapter still let you use regular loads?

My local Academy Sports advertised these a few days ago. Thinking about getting one myself and maybe doing a Form 1 to SBS it with a stock.

>you don't have to aim shotguns, cause the scatter
>especially at ranges

>Shockwave is a meme gun
lol tell that to the US Marshals Witness Protection details in the 80s and 90s.

Attached: us-marshals-shotgun-witness-protection-870.jpg (684x384, 66K)

Any AARs on them actually using them against someone trying to foil a prisoner transport?

I won't wait, because I doubt they every used those for anything other than looking cool. Let's be real, though, that's the only real reason anyone is going to buy a memewave.

Are people really this stupid? Buy a cheap used car you absolute spanner. At the end of the day a shitty 2000 Toyota Camry is still going to get you to the same place that a 2018 Audi would.

>Nobody has tens of thousands of dollars just laying around

Attached: What Absolute Twaddle.jpg (640x480, 148K)

I make like a 2/3 you do and I do have over $10k just laying around.

Stop being a stupid nigger.

From what I've seen it just pops in and out real quick.

I thought of getting one. held one, and wasn't all that impressed. It's neat... but it's really not THAT short... If I want a super short shotgun i'd go after a super shorty. Instead I bought a Mossberg 930 designed by Jerry Miculek our lord and savior. 22 inch barrel (LGS didn't have 24), 8+1 total capacity.

You can't feed them normally when it's in but you can always hand feed them into the chamber.

I cover my monthly car payment in 3 days or less doing Uber from 11am-7pm

Attached: 1361951818760.jpg (640x480, 21K)

Oh yeah? What are they carrying NOW?

It's retarded.

i already own guns noguns, dont reply to me again

That is a complete toy with no practical application. Firearms are not toys.

I thought pistol grips werent good on mossbergs due to the safety and slide lock location

This looks like it's his time shooting

No, become debt-free

>He doesn't even know how to mitigate recoil on a stockless shotgun

Please go and leave this place for your true purpose of gargling nutsacks

. The only time you SHOULD leave your static position is to escape or get to your loved ones/children. However inherently go to investigate noises we hear at night, making us leave our static position. Nothing wrong with that, it’s more likely you have raccoons than burgers, but you can see even though people agree staying put is ideal, we often will go investigate without second thought and that’s when we run into people or the need to clear the house

You're right user. The US Marshals never had to shoot anybody with a WitPro 870 in the decades they were issued those guns. You fucking retard.

You're one of those people whose basis for what's useful is what teh kul armeeman carries, huh? The point is, there is absolutely a practical application to a shotgun with a birdshead grip and a 14" barrel.

Attached: 1515807881058.gif (500x500, 1.71M)

If they were so practical, seems to me that the US Marshall service would still be carrying them, no?

You're right user, as soon as something is no longer issued to government agencies it retroactively ceases to be a situationally practical weapon. Decades of technique refinement in a professional environment are no longer effective.

Saftey isnt a big deal and as for the release
