I work at my local range gloryhole.

We go onto large swathes of privately owned forestland that is all but abandoned and kill each other, taking the loot of fallen quarries and selling them to the local pawnbrokers all in order to fuel the desire to kill in more effective or stylistic ways, which is the reason we collect weapons in the first place.

I brought them all back from the Great War in ‘18.

Contrary to most other boards, people on Jow Forums that own 'expensive' things tend to have jobs and generally have to be 18 or older to even buy one.

I stop eating snacks to put aside some of my welfare money

>Where are you autists getting the money to buy all that stuff anyway?

I'm a software engineer making 60k a year and have no other major expenses so I can buy oodles of guns.

>tfw work in javascript for frontend and cache for backend

it's like I am a modern dev on the UI but my backend is fucking cobol tier.

>I'm a software engineer

So you are nothing more than a (((webdev)))/codemonkey? I hope the autists over at Jow Forums bully you on a daily basis.

Selling my precious seed.

Unironically I work to finance gun purchases.

>I'm a facility specialist (aka I fix water pumps and water pump accessories)
>make like 55k a year
>bought my old meme rifles when they where still pretty cheap like 460 for this and 200 for a mosin with lots of ammo.
>get depressed when I see other anons awesome collections where one gun costs what my entire arsenal costs

Attached: PicsArt_01-22-12.53.53.jpg (700x394, 80K)

It's not really a good idea to buy old stuff anymore it's just to high now instead of buying some shitty mosin for like 400 because it's "rare" just buy ar parts and have fun making one

I'm 24 and work for a defense contractor pulling in about 100k a year, since my wife works we can literally just set aside her salary for fun stuff.

I have some disposable income from my job but I generally let that pile up in the bank and I use money from donating plasma twice a week to buy funs and fun accessories. At roughly $280/mo plus occasional bonuses I can get just about anything I wish by saving that money for four months, but I tend to stray towards cheaper, more interesting things than saving up for something more mundane but higher quality. I am in the market for a custom 1911 for competition though.

From working, same as any other adult.

Wat. Why do you make less than me? I'm a machinist. I thought you software types were baller.

The thread could have ended here.

> software engineer
> 60k a year
Jesus what happened?

Because poo in the loos will do the same job for half as much, whereas good luck hiring a shit machinist.

Basically follow these steps.
1) get a real college degree (doctor, engineering, business or law not some gender studdies or liberal arts) find ways to pay it off too ie. Internships, work through college, fafsa, military , low interest loans etc.
2) study hard and get experience through job internships in the summer
3) find a job and establish yourself with a home, car, family.
4) spend extra cash on guns
5)...
6) profit

Bought mosin in 2009 for $60 and even that was a good deal back then. In highschool, arisakas could be had for $110, sks for $250, and mausers for $300

But what if I have bills to pay?

Find other sources of cash on free time. Ex. extra job, stocks, flipping sales, etc

See

I work for a major airline company as a cross trained agent. I do ticket counter, ramp, operations, baggage office, and emergency response. No matter what I'm doing, I make $23 an hour and get free* flights anywhere in the world. All of that only requiring a high school diploma and a few working brain cells, college is a fucking meme.

Thanks, mates!

If you financed your gun there's a good chance I talked to you.

Thats awesome alot of my friends make waaaaaay more than me. I really need to step up and finish my schooling so I can afford better stuff I only make 54k buy man do I have to work for it.
I called it a meme rifle not ww1 rifle capish.

>setting aside a spouse's whole salary for toys
Thats my goal right there. And to hold off on kids until my mid 30s

>Where are you autists getting the money to buy all that stuff anyway?

I have been around a long time.

>Those WWI rifles things arent cheap

Relatively speaking they are. Fine flintlock duelling pistols, cavalry wheelocks or good figural Italian renaissance armour are as expensive now as they were to commission then. Same with good small swords or cavalry sabres. I like many WW1 rifles but they were mass produced and are far less rare than original 19th and 18th century guns and bayonets, In the court of Louis the XIV there were weapons, beautifully engraved and inlayed with gold, each one worth many years salary of an ordinary tradesman, the swords worn at mourning coffee and card houses in the 1780 cost as much as a peasant might earn in its life. Even small daggers that had quality and cost a florin are worth many times that now. You pick these things up. Its storing them properly that is irritating. I like to sleep with them in the display room around me, I find it peaceful , but I don't do that often anymore.

>Where are you autists getting the money to buy all that stuff anyway?
I do the same thing this guy is doing.
youtube.com/watch?v=wOKejMXkIEI

And you also wear a plastic bag? is that worn often now, does your employer give you the bag as a uniform or do you buy it yourself?

Don't tell anyone but I stole garbage bag from our work locker.

I won't tell. You won't be punished and if your locker has not noticed then I am sure you will not be tried. How much do they pay you in US dollars say?

I'm married bud.

I don't drink, smoke, do drugs or have a woman.

Why not have a woman to clean and for the body? Do you have a man servant? I have a woman but also woman who clean and people who look after the garden, a driver and some sleeve guards

I'm a software engineer and I literally make 100k more than you do. I have no idea what you're doing so wrong.

9.48 lmao, and I only get 26hrs a week
I'm making less than I did half a decade ago in high school
On the bright side there is an insane amount of benefits and they're very good and I really like the work and my coworkers

I would be a better employer. I'd kill you if you stole from me though.

I should get in on that.

If I got better hours or a 12+/hr wage I'd make sure to buy a plastic poncho

>If I got better hours or a 12+/hr wage I'd make sure to buy a plastic poncho

I think the poncho could be provided. How much do you weigh?

I was able to buy 6 guns in 2 years working retail. (Albeit, I live with my parents, but I'm in college til I get my engineering degree).

OP, just put aside some cash. Eat cheaper, eat out less, money piles up over time. Even $100 a month to a little fund will get you enough money for a good gun by the end of the year. So just budget and find things to cut

How much are you given for the plasma?

>How much do you weigh?

>6 guns in 2 years

Jeebus son. I bought 40 in the last year and half.

I've bought like...40 in the last year and a half. Granted a lot of them are low-hanging fruit, but some of them are a lot more than I should spend.
