Authoritarian mindset, they are more committed to supporting thier chosen group and leader than they are to any actual ideal. Because of this, Authoritarians (both the naturally submissive followers and "strongman" style leaders) are found everywhere, without any significant correlation to a political or religious ideology.

This is not entirely accurate. Many Authoritarians are dedicated to ideals in the absolute fashion. Many of these Leftists do not subscribe to an Authoritarian ideology and instead to a super specific form of "freedom man" socialism to which they will constantly defend in sectarian arguments with other Leftists of differing beliefs. The real reason they support those groups is because they are at odds with the Western Capitalist world and are therefore ideologically favorable and easy to just stand behind than actually assess as an organization. These people know little to nothing about the groups themselves and will instead focus on the perceived sins of the "oppressor group".

You've misunderstood me, I'm not saying this person has subscribed to an authoritarian ideology but rather that they are psychologically predisposed toward authoritarian behaviour. The ideology itself is irrelevant to identifying them as they are just as likely to have latched on to any given group/leader/idea barring environmental factors such as upbringing. These same traits can also be assumed to be responsible for the irrational decision to support aground like Boko Haram, as authoritarian followers are commonly observed to hold multiple conflicting beliefs as a result of their psychological shortcomings.
I have also taken a guess a what exactly thier authority of choice is but having nothing more than that one picture to go on I can't speak on it with any degree of real confidence.

What is Authoritarian behavior? If you mean the tendency to latch onto Authoritarian groups and regimes in order to make up for personal lack of purpose or identity I would still say that this is not uniformly the case or at least not exclusive to Authoritarian thought, belief or tendencies. The conflicting beliefs usually come from limited common ground being taken as a sign of commonality between different groups much like Evangelical Protestant Republicans support Israel despite conflicting with them on fundamental spiritual points or Libertarians supporting Third World groups because of "self autonomy" while ignoring brutal or authoritarian tendencies within the groups.

In my opinion the less interesting example of the mindset, Authoritarian leaders are similarly dedicated, but to themselves rather than the group. They will often often invoke the same moral absolutism as the follower, but will consider it justification for thier use and abuse of people who follow them. An authoritarian leader will not have any issues ordering the death of another member of the group should they pose a threat, as we've seen in the purges common to many historic authoritarian regimes. Authoritarian leaders tend to micromanage heavily and usually believe that thier subordinates will fail if left to thier own devices.
