I've inherited the tail of a german made SC250 WW2 bomb from my grandpa.
Is it worth something or just scrap metal?

If you sell ancestral war relics you deserve to be raped by niggers
You could always craft something cool out of it, like a lamp or flower pot
Sentimental men are weird and creepy. Fuck off NEET.
my grandpa used it as a fucking flower pot.
don't be so stuck up
>flower pot
it actually was used as such. But is kinda rusty now
>selling a family heirloom
I bet you have a large, hooked nose and small beady eyes, kike.
I'd store it, I mean old ww2 german helmets are now 200-400 dollars
Clean it up and paint it to preserve it.
That's cool, and also all it's good for. They made millions of the damned things and most exploded. If you had the whole shell maybe a collector would take it off your hands.
This post reeks of femoid
Clean it up and repaint it and keep it as a flowerpot.
This, or maybe an ashtray in the den. You could probably make a baller lamp or side table or something, too.
Night table would be great
nightstand rather
>t. wehraboo
you both wrong
I wouldn't trust OP to make one.
its a lightbulb and some custom cylindrical plexi fishtank. I think he'll manage, trouble is finding the top half of one.
These guys both have good ideas.
Considering that you don't have the whole shell, you likely won't be able to get any cash for it, but if it has any sentimental value for you due to being given to you by your grandpa, then i'd say make something useful out of it. If you hit it with some rust remover, repaint it, and put a glass or wooden circle on top of it, you'd have a badass end table. You could even suit the paintjob and tabletop material to match your home's aesthetic
actally no thats an idea. Anyone know of any fish that can survive 60C temperatures?
It would be a great piece of novelty furniture
oh this just gets more interesting.
>my grandpa used it as a fucking flower pot.
and thousands of grandpas sportarized rifles they captured
it's still worth some money, even in that condition.
its their rifle, and 99% of the time was sportered because it was actually being used.
Clean it, paint it and try to make a copy of the bomb, it shoudn`t be too difficult for a good welder.
It will make for a nice Jow Forums piece, and you can put it in your living room or in your mancave.
Try to find the original colour of german bombs, paint it and then put back flowers in it.
>you clean it up
>"hmm, seems pretty uncomplete"
>you manage to find the top half, join them together
>some dude hears about this and sells you a part of a Bf-109 that has the mounting hardpoint
>still uncomplete
>you collect more bits and pieces in your raw autism, eventually completing a flyable airframe
>"It seems like shit's still lacking"
A month later, you have an entire Luftwaffe airbase. A year? You are the new Fuhrer. Sieg Heil!
I'm now imagining someone like OP making an actual SC250 or above replica and using it in a terror attack.
This, OP! Your ancestor left this quest to You, and as it seems to be your family's heritage, You must not fail! You are the last one to carry last will of this almighty SC250.
>selling heirlooms for quick cash
>calling literally anyone a NEET
Bomb thyself
Wear it as a hat
Hitler!
Is that who that is
>piece of trash left to rust in the garden
>heirloom
no, really, you're one creepy autistic fucker
We can only hope, I lost out on an officers luger and knife.
Shape and add a plastic or wooden top half, then paint it up like the original. Stand it in a corner of your living room as a cool decoration.
>All of the junk you get from your dead family members are heirlooms! No exceptions!
No.
>being this mad on a mongolian nigger killing board
no user you are the autism, go back to plebbit kiddo.
yeah, but jews are notorious for this, consider the woman who whined "muh artist parent was holocausted and de ebil nazis stole his painting, it belongs to me and I miss it so cus muh only thing to remember him by"
>german art museum gives it back because precious family heirloom with sentimental value
>jewess sells it for millions to a private buyer within the month
I got an AK bayonet from my dad during his desert storm tour. Its not worth shit but even if it was I'd never part with it unless it was to pass it on to my own son. You have a family heirloom. Keep it that way.
This. Use it to grow cabbage for sauerkraut.
Lmao
Hey Hitler!
Its me, Jeans. Keep it high and tight!
I bet you could run a line from your grandfather's coffin to power your house. I don't think he's going to stop rolling anytime soon you vapid cunt
these guys will pay better than gunbroker for it
warrelicreplicas.com
You should refurbish it and cut a glass top to put over the open end and use it for a nightstand or something
Clean it up and turn it into a hat.
Not OP, but there isn't shit my grandpa owns that I'd even want to keep.
>Henry NIB, neva bin fired befo
>post lock S&W revolvers
>. 22 single action revolvers
>20 gauge pump actions
>4 G17's all Gen 3 or 4
>2 G19's, gen 3
>a G26 for muh church gun
>4 SP101's, three are 38's,one is a 357
>4 LCR's, two in 22, two in 38
He's annoying as shit, like king fudd and a glockfag twink had a rapebaby.
Constantly trying to school me on how .22, .38, .357, and 9mm are the only calibers you ever need, and if you own two semi automatic pistols that dont have magazine sharing capabilities like muh glocc then you're basically fucking retarded
Sorry, rant over.
>All those modern firearms
Holy shit do you come from a long line of teenage pregnancies? Is your grandpa 36?
>pic very related
nope, he's 71 but has constantly been trading firearms for other firearms, or trading horses for firearms
You should sell me one of those 19s when he croaks, I've always wanted to mistreat a glockfag's precious cardboard box
make a coffie table or nightstand out of it.
a magical place
my old man made a lamp from a 105 shell casing.
lots of people collect old ordnance it's probably worth a lot.
Pretty good post. I smiled.
I would clearcoat it a half bury it in my front yard. With a stay off grass sign.
Lol what?
Ww2 German helmets are worth way more then that.
This is the only logical choice.
Or do the same thing in your neighbors yard.
Bonus points if he owns a few apartment complexes.
