Not that user, and I currently bulk buy ammo, but I can see where they are coming from. $300 (for brass when on sale) seems very costly up front for a consumable item when you grew up with out money. Which is why people who grew up not-rich or are still not-rich tend to spend less on worse quality items instead of more on high quality items, because it meant/means money not being spent elsewhere right now despite it also meaning not spending the same money in the near future to replace the item.

"30" round mags hold 10 .458 SOCOM/.50 Beowulf.
So it's all about how the ad is worded.
Fun fact, a 10 round magazine stamped ".50 Beowulf" used for 30 rounds of 5.56 is 100% legal in Canada, where they have a 10 round limit. This was ruled on by Canada's government already.
There are other weird loopholes like glock .40 mags used in a 9mm (10>13)
