Decent conversion but is lacking an ATGM launcher. Do that and you'll have a BMP-2'ish vehicle for relatively cheap.

Why modernize this death trap of a vehicle.

>Mongol
Nice. Russians finally acknowledging their true ancestors.

Infantry Fighting Vehicle, not Infantry Transporting Vehicle. Carrying infantry isn't main purpose of this vehicle. And traveling inside the vehicle while there is danger of getting RPG'd is deathwish anyway.

It actually means "Enemy"

It's specifically a deathtrap because it's an IFV. Its survivability is completely abysmal in such a role and it's better off relegated to a battle bus role.

>"Basurmanin
Russians are Russias biggest enemies, so it still fits.

It's actually more like evildoer

Plenty of shithole states that might still buy this thing and get good use out of it.

Wouldn’t some protection be worth adding. Or do mongols have the same distain for their soldiers lives.

>Wouldn’t some protection be worth adding.
Wouldn't be enough. The BMP-1 is quite simply deprecated at this point. It's capable of ICV work, but that's it. Might be worthwhile in third world conflicts without adequate AT weaponry or mechanized forces in the opposition, but it's not very suitable for a modern battlefield.

>(Mongol)
Not really, "basurmanin" is old word for someone from far away lands and different faith, usually it descbribed muslims russians fought with in caucasus and central asia way after mongol era. Imagine selling this cheap conversion to muslim countries, kek

>Basurmanin
>Mongol
Basurman, busurman or basurmanin is any non-Orthodox Christian person. See: Lermontov's Borodino where the French are refered to as "busurmany".
No, that's "dushman".

No wonder Russia is such a shithole, everyone thinks the meaning of a word is different. At last i truely see.

Imbecile.

It could mean anything as we just witnessed.

>basurmanin
>mongol
No. Busurmanin is a wry version of the word "musulmanin" (a muslim). This word is used as one of the synonyms for "foreigner".

You could say the same thing about any armor really. We have ATGMs that'll stop a leopard and no one is claiming their shit.

Any IFV that requires something obnoxious to deploy, be it a .50 with API or HE, is an advantage.

Not to mention it's an awesome gun platform too.
