user had a terrible falling out with the mom, and she's apparently a massive petty bitch that would take every opportunity to brainwash Galaxy into thinking her dad was a horrible person. He had soul custody at the time he made the thread, but of course once he's dead that would change.

user did everything he could to give her a Jow Forums-approved upbringing. Going /out/ as much as possible and being the most loving father he could be. Of course since she was like 5 or something at the time the thread was made it's hard to tell how much of that she'll actually remember.
Jow Forums made a pact to effectively "adopt" Galaxy, which is to say anyone who knows about that thread would do anything within our power to help her if she's ever in need and would welcome her as one of us if she ever comes back as an adult, although that's unlikely. We don't even really know her whereabouts now and perhaps it's for the best she knows nothing of us for the time being either.
