I decided to take New Vegas from Mr. House and make it independent, because I think I'm better than him.

00 buckshot has overpenetrated other human beings and killed the people behind them. It's reasonable to follow that drywall and wood frame would be less effective at stopping rounds than bodies. Rounds have certainly been documented leaving a shooter's house but I've never heard an example of a stray pellet going through an exterior wall and hitting someone. That doesn't mean that it hasn't happened in one of the tarded countries like Pakistan where they enjoy firing into the air and definitely isn't evidence that it can't happen.
