Sup Jow Forums, just visited the Homeland War Museum at Fort Imperial in Dubrovnik, Croatia and figured I'd share some pics.

i fucking want that, do they sell repros?

i could spend a weekend in dubrovnik for around 100 bucks and would do that just to get that poster

PPSh-43 and cap of the fort's commander during the siege

Sadly none that I was able to find or I'd have grabbed one for myself. I can't recommend Croatia enough though, it's got all the stuff you want out of a vacation but everything's cheap as fuck. And since the Bongs descend on the place in droves every summer most places speak English.

First part of the first weapons case. If anyone could tell me what that machinegun in the center is I'd appreciate it.

And the second half. Sadly that poor Thompson has seen better days and is missing most of it's guts.

No clue what this is but it's covered in Cyrillic

Attached: 20180621_143333.jpg (2560x1440, 1.34M)

Various rockets

Attached: 20180621_143727.jpg (2560x1440, 1.07M)

MG42 minus its fire control group, and some local defense forces patches.

The fort is actually so high it's surrounded by low clouds, and so the cases are all foggy as shit. I did my best to wipe them off before taking pictures but some of these might be a little blurry as a result.

>Bozena Raketa 9M14P1
>Kumuladatnoya
>Karbon

If i see correctly, my eyes aren't the best.

Learning Cyrillic is easy and fun

Shotgun and a riot gun. They must have scrounged whatever they could from police arsenals to defend the city.

Zastava M76 and its ammo bag.

Attached: 20180621_144112.jpg (2560x1440, 1.13M)

And a close up shot so you can see the stickers and carving on the stock

Love this thread, don’t stop OP

Steyr hunting rifle used as an impromptu sniper. Unfortunately the scope and magazine are missing but I like the Playboy patch on the stock.

Not sure what this one is

at3 Sagger missile.
Looks like a fucked up rp-46.

Now this one I did not expect to see here. Barrel from an Ultimax. Wish they still had the full gun but such is life in the zone.

View of old Dubrovnik Grad from the battlements. I can see why the Serbs wanted this position and why the Croats fought so hard to defend it, you couldn't ask for a better place to put artillery if you wanted to shell the city.

That's all the weapons pics I have, it's a pretty small museum and this was pretty much all they had there save for some piles of shell casings, unexploded mortar shells and recoiless rifle casings.

Well, I have one of a Yugo AK that looks like it took a bullet, but Jow Forums thinks the image has an embedded file.

Instead I'll share a few from the Cultural-Historical Museum in Old Town. This one's Albanian, I believe, with mother of pearl inlay in the stock.

Another Albianian rifle. You can see a bit of a blunderbuss in the bottom corner, it has an image of the city's patron saint embossed on it in gold.

Attached: 20180621_114304.jpg (2560x1440, 935K)

A flintlock pistol and a Jindal dagger.

Attached: 20180621_114311.jpg (2560x1440, 878K)

A few Yatagans. I'd only ever seen pictures before and was surprised by how thicc the pomels are.

Attached: 20180621_114320.jpg (2560x1440, 1.02M)

Miscellaneous pistols

Attached: 20180621_114315.jpg (2560x1440, 974K)

Early flintlock

Attached: 20180621_114500.jpg (2560x1440, 870K)

In this one you can see the primative ladder sight. Not sure how useful this would be on a smoothbore, but it's neat.

Attached: 20180621_114511.jpg (2560x1440, 856K)

This is my favorite; fuckoff huege wall-gun. You really can't grasp the size from this image, but it's enormous.

Attached: 20180621_114251.jpg (2560x1440, 1.14M)

Basket-hilted swords and a foil. These basket-hilted swords were apparently used on Dubrovnik Galleons, since I saw one in its scabbard at the maritime museum.

Attached: 20180621_114603.jpg (2560x1440, 939K)

That's it for me. I'll end with this shot of Dubrovnik's walls.

I guess this can be a general Yugoslav Wars thread now.

Where my ARBIH bros at?

>A beautiful venetian city in the hands of lower tier slavs
Fuck this earth

DT-29, variant of DP-28 for tanks.

Dubrovnik was never Venetian. Croatians from Dubrovačka Republika made it that way. You should see the rest of Croatia, it’s a beautiful and peaceful country

Looks perfectly fine after being fully in the hands of "low tier slavs" for over 100 years. Fuck off, Mario, it's theirs.

What weapon is on top?

I figured it was some kind of tank gun based on the ring mount. Thanks user!

It's a Webley Riot Gun, a 37mm tear gas launcher. Probably could be adapted to throw grenades in a pinch.

>Dubrovnik was never Venetian. Croatians from Dubrovačka Republika made it that way
No but it's alright man, it's such a beautiful place

Agreed, if you've got nothing better to do than learn Cyrillic

Today, OP was a fine poster and gentleman.
