I legitimately think the handle is so bad on these things that they'd get stuck in a solar plexus and that guy is just going to feel 1,000x more bad ass kicking the shit out of you if it's stuck there. I'd worry a little bit the blade might snap on upper rib cages of bigger guys even though it seems more sturdy than an arrow and isn't likely to happen. I really think that thing is sort of useless without gloves or something. Even then I'd still lay down money on a person with bare hands vs one with that.
