One, a fuckload, or none. If his durability can't stop an inch of penetration through soft tissue, one shot through the jugular would be game over. If he is only scratched by bullets, then 10 or so dudes with submachine guns could possibly subdue him if he doesn't kill them first. You would probably need 50 to be safe. If his skin is unscathed from a single bullet, a firing squad of 1000 9mm miniguns couldn't really kill him, although the pushing force of all that flying lead would throw him around in a comical fashion.

If you're accurate only one. If you're not RIP. Guts has been shown time and time again to be vulnerable to conventional weapons such as swords, spears, and crossbow bolts. Guts might be able to fight through the pain like a Grizzly on bathsalts but anything capable of puncturing skin and bone can and will kill him if it connects in the right place.
