I don't own a deagle but I am left handed and have shot them several times. I've never had an issue accidentally bumping the slide release.

Also, getting a deagle in anything other than 50 AE is faggot tier. Want a .44? Cool. Get a revolver. Firing rimmed cases in automatics is asking for feeding problems.

Get a revolver for the 44 and the deagle in 50. Shooting a revolver cartridge in an automatic makes no sense.

to add to this, handloaded .50AE works out to 50 euro cents using european component prices, which when buying in bulk is about the same as factory .44 RemMag.
Yes, 44 mag can be loaded for less since it uses less powder and less lead but it's not a huge deal.
