Finally some good news.

>ukrainian
>ukraine
No such things.

>An American pilot
why was he flying with them? if you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas.

This is the only way a Russian plane will kill an American pilot

Literally few hours ago Khokhol "president" boasted about defeating US fighter in dogfight. How quickly the tide turns, Taras!

Two words: TOLL PAID

noice

YFW entire soviet military complex was no match for US own pharmaceutical industry

Attached: opioid_epidemic_poisoning_deaths.png (1095x804, 69K)

US just bought a Su-27 to inspect it more closely and this was the way for the bribed ukrainian general to write it off from the books?

The soviet plane performed his duty

Why if they can just buy officially?

They got their hands on a Flanker a while ago. There's even one privately owned in the states now

Ukrainians would sell their entire aircraft inventory and would let Americans to put chains on them and make them pick cotton if they only asked.

Was there even a crash? Did it just fly to Arizona?

There is no way a plane which has been in the hand of Ukrainians for more then few weeks would make it to Warsaw, not to mention Arizona.

Say what you want but we sure know how to kill people

Well i heard from a friend of a coworker tonight a Flanker landed in Ramstein, Germany.

The US had a Su-27 at Area 51 since 2003.
lazygranch.com/groom_lake_birds.html

But i bet they are export versions. There is a difference in framework.

German RC hobby has been getting out of hand lately:
youtube.com/watch?v=iqOUjIoCi-Q

The difference between modern versions of Su-27 and whatever garbage ukrainians have is pretty much the same as difference between first production F-16 and F-16 Block Whatever now.

And it still defeated the f35.

It's a Belarusian Su-27P, same as Soviet Defence Forces

>Nice job, 47

Export versions had a breaking point installed in their frame. As this plane wasnt meant for export, it is literally the machine Russia is using now, without export nerfs. Also it's a two seater, correct me if I'm wrong but the Aggressor Squadron hasn't any Su-27s with two seats.

>xoxolistan
>air force
The thing probably hadn't been flyable safely since the USSR

MUH RUSSIAN SABOTEURS

Are you talking about the one that crashed ? Because the P variant is indeed a single seater

They would, but you need to take into account their own internal politics that make selling off planes publicly impossible at the moment

What will happen next:
Ukrainian president will claim a Russian saboteur flying on jetpack has been spotted in the area of the flight.
Ukrainian president will ask US to provide F-35 for free to defend Ukraine, Europe, World and Solar System, Galaxy and Universe against Russian aggression.

If we gonna have a thread about eastern Europe i want to just add few words about Polish military. Its shit: we cant field any new equipment or create new units in any resonable timeframe, our soldiers operate on old russian vechicles, we dont have modern ammo for our weapons, tank cannons and artillery. I could go on for very long time about this. Dont be wishfull thinkers and dont believe propaganda. We are US bitch. Its a kind of relationship that you have with a 5 year old child. It sees that you are working on something so it imitate what you are doing in its clumsy manner and you give it a pat on the back. If state doesnt have means to even put up a fight to protect its citizens is it even a real state at all?

More like officers selling arms to Syrian jihadists and covering up their theft by blowing up the depot and blaming it on MUH RUSSIAN SABOTEURS. You really need to get into the mindset of a typical ukrainian in a higher position when viewing incidents and news like these

I guess the difference between Poland and Ukraine is that Poland can admit its air force is shit, while Ukrainian president literally bragged hours ago that his Su-27 defeated F-15 in training fight and Ukrainian air forces could take on NATO and Russian fighters.

A two-seater would be handy for G tests, just to see what the russian pilots have to endure in dogfight. Did someone already seen the wreckage video and can they identify the two-canister thing in front?
m.ren.tv/novosti/2018-10-16/pervoe-video-s-mesta-krusheniya-su-27-na-ukraine

Ukrainian pilot probably literally had zero flight hours in last 10 years. Poor burger had no chance, he essentially was the only person who knew how to pilot a plane in an aircraft he was completely unfamiliar with. RIP.

This is also second time when Ukrainian Su-27 kills american pilot.

WHAT THE FUCK ARE DOING AMERICANS ARE YOU TRYING TO GET US ALL KILLED

What two canister thing ?

They said it was one of the best Flanker pilot of their air force, i.e someone whos daddy was rich/powerful enough to buy him flight hours.

It was a training plane, it had two sticks. Its seats were trash though, so both couldn't get out. And yes, Ukrainian and Russian pilots hadn't had enough flight hours

Nah man, Polish MoD is very proud of their F 16. Honestly they are very proud about every little thing they change in the army. I guess that every country have their propaganda but seeing some vatnik and our shit takes it to the next level. Its a mixed feelimg of fear and cringe when you see these kinds of videos and ect. and you know how bad things really are

> Ukrainian and Russian pilots hadn't had enough flight hours

but why American pilot with thousands of flight hours can't take control over aircraft?

Zoom in first video on 0:36.

Maybe because all he could do was screaming and ripping at eject handle after the plane remembered his glorious Soviet past and jettisoned his wings.

Just looks like a piece of fuselage to me

>They said it was one of the best Flanker pilot of their air force
Here's entire Ukrainian Su-27 inventory as 2016. Green frames are those which have been repaired into functional status and assigned to squadrons. Greyed out planes have "Sold to US", "Sold to China", "Sold to Ethiopia", "Sold to Eritrea" written on them. So the best fighters in Ukrainain Air Force are still those which Ethiopians inspected and said they don't want them. I wonder what that US pilot was thinking when he agreed to get into one.

There's no denying their fleet is in a bad state, my point is the crash is more about maintenance than pilot error.

So the plane literally took them on a crazy ride to hell.

Crash is about both. If they were at reasonable altitude at the time of failure they could eject. But Taras probably did something outstandingly retarded to impress his american master.

>national guardist

i don't know what the national guard was thinking

source. genuinely interested.

Shush, else they will know about S-9001.

what about the S-6gorrillion?

It's still in beta, I didn't say anything.

neat. where buy?

heard it instantly turns its foes into ashes.

i wonder if it would be possible for a civilian to purchase a J-35.

*J-31

Contact Ukrainian Ministry of Defence and say you want to buy a Su-27 and you'll be paying with coal

Technically you can use nukes for AA.

I like how you can just see the 'subtle' vatnik retardation seeping through the comments. Obviously if Ukraine isn't a Russian puppet it must be an American one, because why else would anyone oppose the vatnik?

What?
Those are Brits tho

The Ukrainians are still where Russia was before Putin came to power: dirt-poor, disorganized, deeply corrupt, and barely able to keep a badly-outdated military going at all. Long story short, this was inevitable.

aint that some shit

I’m case people are unaware: USA deployed some F-15s to Ukraine from California ANG. I’m guessing they put up a pilot in an exchange program for an exposure flight.

>R*ssian planes
yikers

imagine climbing into slav shit and expecting it to work

>willingly entering a plane designed by a russian
Some serious deathwish on those pilots.

Do ukrainians have the full plans to the Su-27? They should just get some western companies to fabricate a bunch of unassembled airframes and assemble them locally as needed. They would probably end up better than russian ones due to western metallurgy and machining advantages.

Thanks for the info. Kind of nice to see how fast the relations between Ukraine and the west are growing. Kind of funny to think that Russia could be joining the club if the Soviet mentality hadn't fucked them up beyond repair.

I don't think it would be that good of an idea, though feasible. Western equipment follows western standards for example, which might cause quite a mess. It would also need new electronics, which would make things difficult. They'd be better off buying something fully developped.

Though to be honest I'd love to see a western version of the Su-27, with RCS reductions, AESA and so on. Probably could beat Russia at mounting an AESA (non-prototype) on the thing too.

They'd be better off buying second hands western aircraft.

>American pharmacists have a higher kill count than the military of the Russian Federation

And if we just go off of Russian jets, there's the MiG-23 that killed a Lt. General. For whatever reason, the afterburners got stuck on and couldn't be turned off, decided to eject when going mach 2+ while at 40,000' AGL.

>Su-27, with RCS reductions,

The SU-27 airframe is a giant fat cow. There's not much hope/help for it in the RCS world.

>And if we just go off of Russian jets, there's the MiG-23 that killed a Lt. General. For whatever reason, the afterburners got stuck on and couldn't be turned off, decided to eject when going mach 2+ while at 40,000' AGL.
That was dumb. Wait until it runs out of gas, swing the wings out, glide it down, and either eject lower and slower or (presuming this was out in the desert) just crash-land it somewhere.

It was probably going to fall apart. It isn't like these jets can sustain those speeds without compromising their airframes.

At full AB it would have taken like 10 minutes to run out of fuel during which you can troubleshoot.

>I don't think it would be that good of an idea, though feasible. Western equipment follows western standards for example, which might cause quite a mess. It would also need new electronics, which would make things difficult. They'd be better off buying something fully developped.
Depends how much spare equipment and avionics they have laying around I suppose. Have plans for any soviet fighters ever been leaked? I wouldn't be surprised if some determined hobbyists could build their own mig-29 or su-27 if they could get their hands on detailed plans.

did this plane ever recieved any upgrades from muricans?

if he didnt know how to bleed off speed then he shouldnt be flying aircrafts at all
