I’d think Cascadia would also include at least the panhandle of Alaska if not more, the panhandle has a very similar climate to western WA, and a similar culture to eastern WA, so the two states tend to get along pretty well. People in WA often take brief jobs as commercial fisherman in AK every summer. Us both states have lots of planes, boats, and ships for transport, more per capita than the vast majority of states.
