What is Jow Forums's workout routine.

nobody here has ever worked out in their life

I don't browse fit, so my daily routine is probably a fucking wreck. But here's what I try to do:

Every night, if the weather/temp allows, I'll ride my bike to work and then home (two miles in total)

Every day perform 120 squats; four sets of 30, no particular times.

Sometimes I go for a brisk 20 minute walk, but I'm always so low on energy that I just stay in most days and write shit.

>jog with some sprinting every few days
>100-200 push ups a day, no typical set amount
>3-4 sets of 15 pullups with a 30lbs vest, do that every few days
>resting squats
>2 minute plank in the morning
>and if it counts I walk to work, but it isn’t long in the slightest
For the most part I still look rather skinny though.

You look skinny because your workouts are warmups.

Fair enough.

I used to be a hardcore Jow Forumsizen back in the day, but kinda let myself go the past 2 years.
Getting back into it though, pretty crazy how quick your body reverts back to strongmode after a hiatus.

Do you though, if you’re happy then that’s fine. At least you’re active and keeping your fitness up.

Just started working out again after a 2 year hiatus.
I walk a mile a day, and swim for 1.5 hours

Run 2 miles on a track at a nearby middle school
Run 1-1.5 miles on said track wearing a 40lb weighted vest
Ab workout app
Curls 3×10
Tricep extension 3×10
Overhead rows 3×10
Pushups 5×7

Walking, chinups, pushups. I bike to the range once a week, roughly 55km total.

Martial arts and a little bit of yoga. That's it.

No. My job isn't flattering, but I'm no burglar. I'm a self-checkout operator at a store, graveyard shift. In addition to my regular clean-up duties, and helping customers, I have to deal with drunks and and people that absolutely reek of weed every night. Like, these people are absolutely shameless.

It's the kind of job that makes me absolutely hate humanity, but I also feel an obligation since the store has to close for third shift every time I take the day off, and we're just about the only functioning 24/7 store within twenty or so miles in this supposed food desert.

Given the kind of crap I have to deal with, you'd think I would focus more on physical fitness. Just the other night, for example, things almost got physical between me and a tall-ass dude who was harassing my coworkers. Thing is, I'm just not educated enough in the realm of exercise to really know what kind of work out regimen I'd need. Especially since 30x4 squats pretty much destroys my legs as it is.
