Just a heads up, motorcycle helmets won't do shit for bullet protection. They are plastic and styrofoam, made to take blunt impact not bullets.

On a different note, motorcycles seem like a great excuse to wear a helmet. What I would do is get a regular ballistic helmet and disguise it to look goofy. paint over it or decorate it with stuff looks like a mohawk or something. If it's really distinct and artistic looking it'll attract attention but people won't care so much what protection level it is since you're required to wear a helmet when operating that kind of vehicle and they get distracted if it looks cool. If you just use some non-descript weird thing that obscures your features like that you're just going to attract the wrong type of attention.
Just try to sell that thing on e-bay or something. If you want a thing with reinforced armor on it the important part would be starting with the frame and minimizing how many parts like plates and stuff you'd use to construct it. Even if you try to sandwhich some protective stuff in there the frame is weaker than the stuff you're using. Plus you're going to look like some kind of antifa creep or something.

I'm not high I'm like six beers in. I was just joking about some of the milsurp market. It sells well because it's cheap and has other outside influences factoring into costs. The thing is most people just can't admit ever for any product they buy milsurp or otherwise maybe they're going to lose money on it. The act of trying to sell it off at a loss to recoup any expenses to them is some sort of admission that they did something they consider stupid and will throw more money at trying to make it work, that they end up spending more time and money trying to make a bad idea work then try to get anything off selling it to an air softer for a bargain. Instead of just getting rid of it and having something for it, they have to sink WAY more expenses into it and start off over again when they know it doesn't work worse off then just cutting losses sooner. Just telling someone like that to sell it for a loss doesn't make sense to them. You have to explain every nut and bolt why that's stupid and not going to work as well as anything else.
