They probably set up the place to burn, then the atf decided to use gas, gas grenades they used produce lots heat, sets of a few of the finale fires early, people trapped, believeing they're safe in their "safe room" that the fire turns into an oven

The gas they used was flammable. It had been discontinued for use because it was flammable. Everybody that was connected to the use of that gas knew it was flammable. ATF wanted to burn the house down with everybody inside it.

The gas wasn't flammable, the reaction that takes place to make the gas is very hot. The building wouldn't have burned so quickly without accelerants in place(the dividians spread fuel all over the place)

so what's it with the supposed use of the Deltaforce in this shitshow? wouldn't be the most secretive and probably best and elite SOF unit in the world be able to pull something that doesn't kill innocent people?

It's almost as if they constructed the building themselves, and then, over the course of the very long standoff had their power cut and, of course, being prepared and resourceful people had plenty of candles and oil lamps about, and that, combined with the increased temperature due to fucking tanks pumping goddamned cs gas into the fucking building leads to people knocking over said candles and oil lamps leading to fucking fires.
