Depends on whether it was nerves, adrenaline, fatigue, or something else causing it. All are correctable, some require specific effort outside of "shoot moar".

I'm rebuilding my father's busted up Ithaca 37 Featherweight from the early 70s. I'm having a really hard time finding a slug barrel and a fully choked 40" barrel for it.

The slug barrel can be bought for $300 but im finding nothing, NOTHING on the 40" barrel, Ithaca doesnt offer it on any new production guns and i cant find any info on it. Where can i find one?

Not really gun related buy my 8yr brother and 7yr old sisters birthdays are next month and I was thinking of getting them a red ryder bb gun because both really like the idea of shooting and they keep asking me to take them hunting. Okay, so I've got a 1886/93 Lebel, the magazine had an ad hoc follower and some dinky automotive spring in it that didn't really work. I've taken it out in the meantime, but I've noticed that when I poke a dowel down the magazine, towards the end of it there's some kind of spring there with something at the end of it like a follower. I can't actually see down the magazine tube to know what it is. I don't know if it's supposed to be there, and it's not coming out without some kind of persuasion. So basically, what the hell is wrong with my lebel's magazine tube? Is that supposed to be there? I can't find any reference to it.

You're only supposed to pump them 3 times, it's incredibly easy to pump but after 4 or 5 times the pressure starts to build and it gets increasingly hard to pump. It should be fine

I have a mosin and seeing the prices of them inflate has given me an idea.

Traded my chink sks and my Mossberg 500 maverick for a 1922 Spanish mauser. The mauser is in spectacular condition. Ammo for the mauser is ridiculous and I should have checked that first before I got the gun. I'm moving to Europe and I couldn't have brought the sks with me because of the stupid laws about "military rifles" in the country I'm going to but I think the mauser will get around it. The maverick was my first gun and my only shotgun but with the super short barrel it was useless and spent it's whole life in a closet. Honestly I just got the mauser yesterday and it feels like a fuck up. I kinda wanna sell it on gunbroker and try to get a little 22 plinker and another shotgun. I don't really plan on deer hunting anymore because I missed this season and doubt I'll go next year. Fuck me I feel like a dumbass

Jow Forums loves to hate on PSA but is there really any advantages to other companies parts (aero, Daniel defense, etc) when it comes to shit like upper receivers and handguards? I get that cheaper barrels can cause different performance, but for a pistol that I'm not super concerned about weight or long range accuracy, is there anything wrong with PSA? Seems cheap and decent to me

Better fit, finish, QC, ect. I personally think PSA uppers feel like shit, like picking up a chink knockoff product in the store. Not the end of the world for a cheap blaster though.

Yugo M67 ammo comes on good clips. It's corrosive, but that's super easy to clean. You can also search for East German clips, which should be stamped BXN.

I started shooting when I was a toddler, kept it as a regular hobby for my entire life until about 26 years old, then sold all my guns and quit until 31 years old. Never had any shaking before now, but I can't help it now, my hands are like an alcoholic's every time I pick up a gun. I'm really worried that this will be a problem if I ever need to use a gun in self defense now. I guess my question is, what the fuck is wrong with me now? I only sold my guns back then because I was broke and stupid, not because of any real reason.

AK master mount. goes in with threaded cross pins that replace the cross pins that are currently in your gun. Not perfect, but good enough to hold zero and cheaper than a gunsmith.

Cheap is relative to the rest of the list, of course. Maybe its expensive compared to years past, but I know shit all about 7.62x25 so maybe its expensive these days. 25 cents a round is actually more expensive than the cheapest steel cased .357 magnum rounds on there.

Yeah that's what I figured. You're right it's all relative. I can still remember 9 cents per round, and it wasn't really all that ling ago, just a few years.
Czech, yugo, polish, romanian are all good to go. Assume they are corrosive and clean your gun accordingly.
Read the description though as some ammo doesn't work well in some guns.

Adrenaline dump, it will go away the more you shoot. Enjoy it while it lasts though, you'll eventually have to start shooting competitions or introducing stress artificially to get that feeling back.

Are any cheap aftermarket SKS mags any good?

Might be acquiring first SKS soon. It has a 30 round aftermarket mag which I know is shit. I want to go back to 10 round fixed mag, but all the factory original ones are like 50 bucks and I'd rather not spend that much. I'd actually rather have a 10 round fixed mag so I can take it to states that hate fun. Are any aftermarket 10 round mags any good? Can they still be loaded with stripper clips?

My hands are shaking way too much, my aim is going everywhere. I can't seem to hold the gun steady at all unless it's on a rest. Should I just give up my hopes of being a good marksman?

I'm doing the patrol rifle course for carrying a rifle cert. our department said their only limitations is that it needed to be 5.56 and a colt.

I see le6920 lowers being sold for high price but I see the A2 uppers are cheaper than most. I also like that velocity kills.

I don't have numbers but to put it in perspective, it's easier to pull that slide than pull a double action trigger on a revolver. Its about the same effort it takes to turn a steering wheel.
