>have an unloaded gun pointed at you by a non gunfag
>sperg out and jump behind the nearest piece of furniture
Anyone know this feel?
Have an unloaded gun pointed at you by a non gunfag
No I don't surround myself with mentally disabled people.
The thing is they're not mentally disabled, they just don't understand the damage guns can do. Had a friend who has never been to a range over and I let him finger my unloaded .38 and he pointed it at me and I lost my shit.
Literally never had this happen. I've never handed any of my guns over to someone who's not familiar with guns. In fact, most people who come to my home would have no idea there are guns here at all. And if for some reason one wound up pointed at me, I could muster up enough courage to politely ask that they keep it pointed at the ground.
I understand people's discomfort about being flagged. Every time I fire a gun, I'm reminded of why I don't want to be on the other side of the barrel. But I also think some people overreact to mistakes in order to make themselves out to be 'the most responsible gun owner'. Or they 'freak out' in an overly dramatic way to make a point.
You're retarded and so are your friends.
1) you knew it was unloaded so just calmly explain not to do that. Unlike the mentally retarded reaction you had
2) you're a larping faggot because in no way would normal furniture protect you from small arms fire.
Why the fuck are you hanging around people who do that?
Non-retarded people do know what kind of damage guns can do.
I'm trying to get them into guns since we live in a very ethnic neighborhood in the US and people here die every week over some dumb shit.
Ever heard of reflex reactions?
I once had an accident I dont want to repeat. Was pointed at with a pistol, airshit but I didnt know (and my country is nofuns). I disarmed the guy and sprained his finger (because no trigger discipline lmao). Kicked his knee sideways and stepped back with the gun in hand while he was falling to the floor.
He turned white and blamed me for the circus, which I didnt enjoy at all (I was shaking with adrenaline). The absolute faggot didnt even understand shit and I was the weirdo killer from then on. Good thing he didnt tell the boss (nor did I, to avoid any conflict) and he fucked off some months afterwards.
It was awkward and very straining for me. I hate stessful situations and I'm glad I didnt enlist in the paras.
>paras
Where you at homie?
>cleaning my gun
>disassembled
>have to walk around the long way to not step in front of the barrel
Spain.
I was alone with this dude in a museum, in an office environment. Tbh the stress of bad situations gets to me too strong, I'm a sensible butterfly and would have had a terrible time inna army.
I do this too sometimes. Witnessed some shootings and you'll be surprised how fast a big buff nigga can be brought down by a bullet.
Having any kind of gun pointed at you even if unloaded is spooky, you'd have to be a retard to not be spooked.
This is just good habit. That small absurdity could probably save your life more times than one.
>be at grandpas house
>brother is a no guns retard
>grandad and I are setting the backdrop
>guns unloaded on the bench
>"reach for the sky partners"
>brother walks up with two colt armys pointed at us
>grandad sounds like John Wayne if he had a stroke
>"booooyy if aye diiidnt know youer too gahd damn dumb to load those."
>proceeds to walk over and start clubbing brother with his boot
>everytime brother go to touch a gun
>bootwhip
>"Either leaarn to uuse 'am ehr get a whoole lawt fastur."
My grandad is a liar and a quitter that bullshitted his way through life with no friends and treated my grandma and his daughters like shit.
I hope some day I will be a grandpa as nice as yours.
Holy shit euros are literal children. The evils of socialism are very fucking real
First rule of gun safety is that guns can be safe. If you sperg out cause someone sweeps you with the barrel of a gun you know is clear then you're a retard. Just calmly educate them on muzzle control and awareness. Also you never ever EVER let a non gunfag hold a gun in a casual setting without playing up the danger of the gun and the whole "gun is always loaded" bullshit you tell normies
>they just don't understand the damage guns can do
Are you a time traveler hanging out with Europeans in 500 AD?
OP is a fag.
But similar story
>be me
>dating an absolute 10/10 fantastic girl
>my friend is a former marine dating a fucking nasty girl
>everyone in the room has extensive weapons experience except my grill
>she's never even seen a gun irl
>I clear a glock and hand it to her
>she handles it, examines it, I attempt to show her how to hold it
>she muzzle sweeps the nasty girl
>"oh HEY WHOA"
The fuck. This girls never seen a gun and before anyone can correct her you make her feel dumb? Chill out.
I hate people like that
I don’t really flip out if I know it’s unloaded but it makes me nervous. Was buying a rifle at academy yesterday and some fucknut was handling an AR15 and kept holding it so the barrel was pointed at my fucking face. I didn’t want to sperg out so I just kept my composure while silently screaming inside.
I was once in a large gunstore. In the gun section they don't even have ammo or mags. I muzzle swept a guy about 50ft away and God chided by an employee for it.
damn and i thought i was autistic
Correct them in the error of their ways, but if its unloaded and youve triple checked its unloaded just chill the fuck out they dont know any better. You fucking autists I swear.
>noguns/antiguns gets to hold a real gun/pellet gun/airsoft gun
>the first thing they do it point it at your face while having their finger on the trigger
Why do they always do this. WHY!? Someone please explain this phenomenon.
they immediately try to hold it like they have seen in movies or videogames, which is with the finger on the trigger.
worse are those that think they are funny pointing a firearm at everybody and making "bang bang" sounds
Did the nasty girl ever look away from the gun, even for a second, between the time you cleared it? Beside, YOU cleared it, not her. She's relatively in the right not to like getting flagged.
The only true mistake in such stories is the person handing over the gun to another who doesn't know well enough about gun-safety not to flag someone else. You didn't mention anything like a crash-course in safety, which would be the absolute minimum before handing a piece to an absolute no-gun. It doesn't matter if it's actually unloaded, bad habits must not be formed on either side of the equation.
NastyGirl had legitimate grievance in this.
Reflex reactions my ass. If your so out of it your reflex is to jump behind cover if your friend points a unloaded gun at you then you have bigger issues and probably shouldn't own guns. Stay away from phsychiatrists user, you might get them taken away...
