Show me a better compact 9mm suppressor than the Omega 9k.

Recommend me a rimfire can that has at a minimum a steel blast baffle. Quiet is more important than weight, it's already gonna go on a longboi
That's a pretty gun. I want one.
Update: nevermind It's illeagal in my country
Q is the best.
What country are you in?
Is the larger diameter of the 9k an issue in terms of using the sights? I've heard it blocks the sights, even suppressor-heights sights, so is that an issue or not really?
Lithuania... shity country shitty laws
is there a difference between traditional cylinder silencers as opposed to the rectangular ones? or is it just cosmetics?
Can anyone who could legally buy a suppressor on a Form 4 submit a Form 1 instead and just make one? Or do you have to have a FFL to submit a Form 1?
Offset suppressors (whether rectangular or offset cylinder, like the original Maxim Silencer) exist to have more volume while remaining below a given sight line.
At this point, though, I don't know why anyone's suppressing a pistol without putting a red-dot on the slide, and since red-dot windows are generally tall enough to peek over any reasonable suppressor diameter, I kinda wonder if we'll see offset suppressors go away over the next decade or so.
Yes. No FFL needed.
Cylinder suppressors don't need to be precisely indexed.
Fischer Developments suppressor is shaped so it fits in a AR/AUG mag pouch.
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do I know which suppressor is right for my weapon if it's a non-standard barrel/bullet size?
Your suppressor is usually labeled what caliber it is for, if not, you can probably contact the manufacturer and ask.
What can and caliber are you wondering about?
I recommend you get a Omega 45k for your first suppressor. So many after market parts and mounting options. A rifle can will disappoint unless its for .300 memeout.
However the Omega 45k can be used for .300 blackout both sub and super.
Question: Doesn't having that hang way out there from the barrel cause a lot of failures to eject or load? Seems like it would drastically change things.
>Owning a master race USP
>Putting on it anything but a SilencerCo Osprey that fits the slide cross section
There's almost always a spring piston/recoil booster assembly to ensure function. Pistols with a fixed barrel won't need that part.
It's for a pistol not a rifle
160 days and counting...
can't wait to throw a bigass econocan on my USP CT 45 bros. It's gonna be kino
I've been happy with my El Camino. Titanium tube, stainless baffles.
I need a suppressor for a Glock 20 and a 22 rimfire, but I would also like to be able to get one for my T/C Compass 30-06 for the rare occasions I use it.
with that in mind, why shouldn't I get an AAC Aviator II and a sCO Hybrid 46?
>USP
>Osprey
you have horrific taste
Happy with my El Camino too. It’s hard to argue with the featureset of the El Camino.
Though if I were in the market right now I’d probably be looking at the Silencerco Switchback, which looks to be the new king of rimfire cans.
Would it be cheaper/ better to build rather than buy? If you were the Form 1 manufacturer, you could do your own repairs right?
I thought about the econo can, but didn't the Dog Removal Agency say you couldn't replace the oil filter, you had to send it in?
>/sg/
more like suicide general you fucking know what I mean
Better no (unless you're good at TIG welding and lathe work). Cheaper probably.
