How do you guys organize all your gear?

I accidentally dropped a spam can full of 7.62 x 39 and spilled them all over the floor so I grabbed a few Halloween happy meal pails my wife had stored in a cupboard and stuck them all in those. It's actually really convenient to carry and makes a good icebreaker at the range.

50 cal ammo cans and painters tape labels. makes things very convenient for storage and organizing

In the boxes the shipped in at the corner of my room.

I love the Russian aesthetic so I store everything in either the original uncracked spam cans, or emptied spam cans and/or wood crates. They both make for a good storage box that’s not too heavy to lug around and work well with each other. And the crates stack beautifully as high as you want.
I’ve even dropped money on 6 empty wood crates at sgammo to organize a lot of the loose stuff you see in this pic. I still need 3 more to finish properly though.

most of my 5.55 is stored in clips, .308 gets chucked into a can. everything else is in the original boxes in my closet

in your mom

83,215 rounds
labeled 50 cal cans
stacked on shelving

I think I have a little over 200 ammo cans plus a lot still in the factory cardboard boxes on shelving.

For probably 20 years Ive been buying about 2x or more than I shoot (if I go shoot 500 rounds of 9mm at the range over the course of a month Ill order 1000 rounds to replace it)

I hope this is on your ground floor or basement, user.

Occupation?

eh been all over the place from working for a friend to corporate work to self employed for a while to now working for the government/landlording, who knows whats next...but I just keep buying guns and ammo

Shotguns and shells goes in son's closet, Rifles and ammo go to the daughter's room closet. In the guest room closet I keep the handguns and ammo.

What type of shelves do you put all that on that can hold that type of weight?
I have around 8 k rounds various and my shelving is sagging

I cut 1/2" MDF into the shelving horizontally, and then tons and tons of verticals so that between each ammo can or big box of ammo there is vertical braces
this was a first iteration using 1/2" plywood but I redid it with MDF because the plywood wasn't as flat as I wanted it to be

I really dig that, good job user

I keep all of mine in cans or loaded in mags. I need to do a reorganization of my ammo in the cans. I have a large stack of AR and ask mags loaded on top of my safe

I have even more mags in the cans.

a damn good stockpile, I do say

Be a bitch to load up if having to bug out/leave in a hurry. If those cans are full of any types of ammo ouch. Make sure to toss some ICY HOT patches inside the cans.

That's why you have 2-4 cans loaded with shit you can throw in a car. Then a back for a backpack.

As always bugging in>car bugout>walking

I like having 30 cals, just right for emergencies. I have to admit though I cheat a little and dont have more than 8 metal cans. But home climate control for storing and moving. I like these from midwayusa.

Ones holds guns, the other holds ammo/mags

More than 90% of gun owners.

Older pic but t worked well. Shelf was $100 from Home Depot. Unfortunately I broke the top half when I moved so now I have 90% of my ammo on the bottom half in my dingey basement

How I have learned to expect bad dragon fans in every thread where we show our stuff?

General question but how do you store an M16 in an F-150. Is there a place I'm missing? I read somewhere that truck roofs are hollow

I really want one of those deactivated RPGs. It's just hard to pull the trigger on buying something that is a wall hanger One day.

You can get a cheaper rpg-2

Get a pintle mount and mount it on top of the cab.

>deactivated
Implying

>rpg-2
I need the aesthetic of the 7 unfortunately.

What is that sticker?

Telling would spoil the suprise user

It's a cement floor underneath, no worries.

It’s just a raw receiver m8. Built it and haven’t parkerized it or finished it

So what the fuck am I supposed to google? Red black t rex sticker? Gib clue now

just found it,it's called Bad Dragon, basically furry dildos

>not labeling with tape and a sharpie

Evolve, you mongoloid.

Well, a squirt of rubbing alcohol and a rag will most likely take care of it at least.
But agreed.

It’s concrete, to be specific. Cement is merely an ingredient.
