The guard is hand picked and gets even more regular soldier training than normal battalions. After the required duty he can become a grenadier or do all sorts of education withing the armed forces.

If you actually belive those statistics you are pretty retarded, since all nations define rape differently. In Sweden all sexual crimes are reported as rape, hence why it looks weird, if we counted all sexual crimes as rape in other nations statistics would be similar. The rape statistics skyrockded in 2005 when the law was changed, and has been pretty stable before and after.
