If the barrel is 16 inches and the overall length is 26 inches I don't think they care about you pulling the stock. Go under that and what you've made is an SBR.

That's basically how the ATF works. It's confusing for everyone involved.

The Draco started life as a "pistol" designed with no stock and a short barrel. The lack of a stock and starting specifically as a handgun is why it's not an SBR even though it's very clearly just a stockless short AK. If you take a full size AK and remove the stock then cut down the barrel making basically the exact same gun the one you made is an SBR because it started as a rifle. If you didn't file your tax stamp and get it approved first the ATF will come shoot your dog even though it's functionally identical to the draco you can buy in tons of gun shops across the country with no issues.

Vertical foregrip makes it an AOW, angled foregrip however is perfectly ok. Welcome to the ATF, where everything's made up and your dog's life doesn't matter.

That's the debate. Currently yes and theres a case to back it up (Black vs USA) where a man had a dong on a draco, however this was the only recorded charge I could find (didnt put much effort tho) and he had a huge list of charges as you can see
To that, the ATF has previously ruled shark fins as angled foregrips, which are just dongs cut in half. Some say the defining factor is you cant wrap your thumb around the fin, but not only is that blatantly false but you can wrap your thumb around other AFGs as well, most notably the magpul AFG which the ATG tested themselves.

Optional you could carry it in a back pack and carry shorter capacity mags like pic related. You could also put an armor plate in the bag too for added protection but I doubt you'd want all that weight in most cases.
Could look normal for off campus students and bikers both gas powered or leg powered.

This helps if its hot and you don't want to wear a large thick coat.
