Well besides not wanting to fly without reflectors, the implications of hitting Syrian Sam sites are too much for isrealis to deal with alone. They'll wait until someone else(the us) starts doing it then they'll jump on board just like last time. They don't want to fire the first shot against Assad, up till now they've been hitting stuff they can claim is hammas or whatever, but having s300 around is too much risk for 4th gens(most of isrealis sorties are flown by f-15/16) doesn't make economic sense to be running 2 plane sorties that far from friendly skies
