Before i stopped reading into the subject the official Ukraine government was never supporting the rebel territory through humanitarian aid. IIRC correctly the Russians were the only ones providing such aid.

In the past two months OP it has basically stalemated, the DPR shells Mariupol daily but other than that there are no more than three deaths per week. Kind of boring but I wake up and check the combat reports daily on LUAM just in case the situation changes.
