>no GRIPZONE
I wouldn't even know where to begin.

whats the fucking point of a holster that doesn't cover the trigger

this. no way.
unless you carried condition 3 in which case, whats the point

Gun has a grip safety and likely a manual safety. Its probably not an issue if you pay attention to your safeties. Then again, its also pointless because you shouldn't have your finger on the trigger until you're ready to fire anyways.
That style of holster really only makes sense for a single action gun.

I was mesmerized with the braided leather and didn't even realize. I don't think it would be very practical for CC, but that looks nice for at the range, or innawoods. Granted they made it with a trigger guard cover.

I would never carry an XD

>Not a problem.
You and your kin have trial and error'd us to a different conclusion.

The snap can't be poped with your thumb in that configuration either.

i think the strap is just supposed to be pushed off.

Tom Threepersons did it, allegedly with a cocked and unlocked 1911.

imagine being such a fuckin weenie

Old school design for revolver or 1911.

Works for new pistols too.

>XD
>leather
>doesn't even cover the fucking trigger

wrong. if you're scared of your gun, don't carry one.

>Assblasted XD fag defending having a terrible gun
I'm actually a glock fanboy, so really, I'm less scared of mu gun than you are, trying to put a manual safety on a striker fired handgun.

I own a PPQ, I just think the holster is a good idea.

thats a beautiful strawman you have there

it's called a leatherman

No

with a striker? Hell no. With a DA with the strap covering the hammer, sure. With a 1911 with strap going between hammer and FP, why the hell not. But that with the passive grip/trigger safeties, hell the fuck no.

>But that with the passive grip/trigger safeties, hell the fuck no.

But they're safe..

I do not feel comfortable with an exposed safety without a positive safety that needs to be disengaged, not a passive safety like a grip safety

I've carried a glock in a threepersons style holster and not worried about it at all.

Here's a mostly covered trigger one for the scaredy cats.
