you can get 6-8” pipes. while you’d certainly lose some utility, that’s far better than nothing.

I had that hatfield. shot it three times. traded it in because I value my shoulder (which I broke several years ago so now have more trouble tolerating heavy recoil than I used to)

You can get them In different barrel lengths, got mine from short lane adapters, they make up to 8” rifles adapters. I have 3”, and they perform well out to about 50-60 feet. The .22 did pretty well at 75ft. While only using a bead front sight. I think with rifle sights they would do quite well. But I would recommend at least a 5” if you’re after accuracy

They sure are interesting shotguns, I just bought a used 20'' barreled one. The twelve inchers are really easy to break down and fit into a backpack, so they definitely have some utility other than being fun as fuck.
