Should I do it? A semi 249 is just a heavy overly complicated AR.

HK93 is just an expensive inferior AR as well.

So if I wanted to use my sks as my "tactical carbine" for essentially larping purposes where can I get decent clips and pouched for said clips

If you enjoy it and especially if you cast for 9mm, absolutely. But I really can't stress the enjoyment part, if it's like a chore to you it'll feel like you're burning precious free time for it.

probably not unless you like it as a hobby. it becomes worth it mainly when you get into reloading rifle and milsurp rounds or want match grade ammo

Instead of a HK93 get a FNC.

stripper clips always suck with respect to speed and are slow

I can't even buy components, let alone reload them cheaper than I can buy factory ammo in 9mm, 5.56 can be done, but not for much savings.

generally, reloading is only going to get you a lot if you're trying to make a super hot hunting load or if you're trying to find an optimal load for precision work, or if factories don't mix and mash exactly the mix of components you want in your rounds.
