one method I was thinking of recently is start with pic related on your front door. start by placing glass panels over the sections marked A and B. Then paint these to theoretically be making it look nice, but actually to hide what you're doing on the other side. Then behind the glass you would place a layer of ball bearings, then fill in the rest of the space with tannerite or some other explosive. Place blasting caps evenly down the center of the tannerite. run the cord up and to the top/center of the door frame to a sensor activated door chime. Door is knocked in, chime goes off triggering the blasting caps, and the entry team and your entire front yard are now filled with ball bearings and broken glass. not only that but the blast would knock your door off and the smoke from the tannerite would give you cover to squeeze off a few shots and then change position.
