Think of them as a hedge against a future where they suddenly become dramatically harder to get, which I know is inevitable. I would say 200 USD starting, if they were grandfathered. Here in NZ 30 round mags are restricted to E-cat licenses meaning the market is limited, but Pmags still retail for 250-300 NZD new, which is about 200 USD. With the 30 round mags being currently unrestricted in most US states, the demand for pre-ban mags would be across the board and you'd see what we see, but with even worse scalping.

Zero. Because any attempt to buy/sell these in meaningful quantities will be shut down by the authorities.
Better to invest in 3D printers and sheet metal working tools. If homemade lowers are a thing, these will be trivially simple to stamp out in the garage.
