I'd like some help with this rail.
What is it? i can't find anything on it but there are real life images of this rail type in use and variations of it.
What i know so far..
It's G36c Rail.
It's foresights on the rail are different from the standard rail.
lithuania uses something similar.

The one in the picture is the OEM low profile hooded sight rail.
The Lithuanians use the new scope rail made by B&T, it doesn't really have a name but it's the "high rail".
It just says G36c on their website.

Uhh the hooded open sight rails aren't that common so I don't have many pictures., most early adopters of the G36 got the carrying handle optics or the original rail with HK style sights. Late adopters all got the new rails with flush fit flip up sights or the naked scope rail.
That shade of green is candy to my eyes. Is it sierra or ranger green?

Anyway I agree, g36c is the most aesthetically pleasing rifle ever made.

It's the HK face mask stock which can accept a cheekpiece, which is what that guy did. Pic is without it in a different color.
