Wanenmacher Gun Show - World's Largest Gun Show

Who all's going? I'm going with my dad and some friends, looking for either a Zastava Mauser or a .38 Revolver as well as reloading shit. I'll be wearing a flecktarn parka with a Jow Forums shield patch on one side and Operator-chan on the other.

Not me

I’ll be at the Richmond gun show tomorrow. Who knows what I’ll find?

I'm going, I may sell or trade my Arsenal 104fr

I'll be going, but I'll be all alone. I was gonna go with a friend but some nigger stole his bike (literally, but it was a motorcycle) and he has to deal with that.

Also a while back hickok45 said he was gonna be there, so hopefully he's still coming.

not even close to the largest show.

I'll look for you. Might not say anything but I'll look.

> that picture

All I thought about in that picture are 400 dollar Mosin nagants, 100-200 dollars over msrp on ar15 rifles and glocks, bump stocks over 100 dollars, and tables showing off US milsurp that isn't for sale unless you throw an offer, only to be rejected by "dis here be what the US army uses, my boy. Give me something better."

>50 tables of “check out my collection of neat shit that isnt for sale”
>5 tables of chinese cutlery/tactical knife abominations
>10 tables of shitty chinese (((optics)))
>4 tables of beef jerky vendors
>2 fucking scentsy/candle tables
>2 bedazzled purse/satchel tables
>15 tables of overpriced AR’s
>10 tables of handguns at MSRP
>5 tables of people selling their reloads out of ziplock baggies
>5 tables of stickers
>3 tables of old rusty reloading shit they compiled from local estate sales
>5 tables of fucking books
>2 tables of m1 garands, about $200 over CMP prices
>3 tables with “50 bmg’s” consisting of LAR/Safety harbor, and other shitty single shots
>2 “sniper rifle” tables, stocked with nothing but 700’s attached to cheap ass pdc chassis/archangel/magpul stocks and nikko sterling scopes, with prices starting at $1500+
>2 tables selling reloading supplies for the exact same price as midway/brownells
>5 tables of guys selling “firearm insurance”
>3 tables selling raffle tickets to support some local bullshit
>2 tables with fucking swords
>6 tables of shitty quality pepper spray/tasers/nunchuks/throwing stars/axes
>2 tables with reasonably priced old shit guns some dude is looking to liquidate
>a table of nini cannons
>a table with overspriced soda can 203 launchers
>a table of fucking bread/pretzels/candied nuts
That’ll be 15 dollars to enter please.

ZAP

Everyone please post more gun show stereotypes or greentexts please, they make me laugh

That has been my exact experience with gun shows I've been to. I'd only add a military surplus table with 5 dollar clips and 10 enbloc clips.

I'm going today. Went once before it and it was pretty damn big. By far the best show i've been to.

>didn't believe the gunshow memes
>go to my first gunshow
I should have listened, Jow Forums
>4 long multi-table displays of modern weapons for sale at decent prices from gun stores in the area
That's where the good part stops
>an entire 1/4 of the place dedicated to milsurp stuff for DISPLAY ONLY
Howabout fuck off and make room for guns to be sold at a GUN SHOW
>the other 1/4 is quirky knives
>displays for sale of deer hunting bait making ridiculous claims
>guy selling it tries to get me a bag badly and I told him repeatedly I don't even hunt I just like the smell of the material
But the most retarded part
>gun on display
>"how much?"
>oh it's not for sale
Kill yourself
>that little part of the show that has milsurp guns for sale
>they're all $1000 or more
Kill yourself too

And I didn't even see any jerky.

>doesnt name one bigger
Lol

No, I'll buy it instead.

>biggest gun show on earth!
>like slightly bigger than my local WAC gun shows

At the Richmond show. This greeted me right inside the door. That poor SKS.

I'm only selling ot because I'd prefer an AK in 7.62 or 5.56, I never shoot the thing because it's in 5.45

Hi Gunsoftheworld

>$525
That must be a joke, but I'm not laughing.

Also at the Richmond show, some suspiciously-priced Moras.

At the same table as...

Not really, in Finland you can get a Mora for 5-15e .

Google “1488”

It seems the joke perkele'd over your head my man

How about a Finn Mosin with a huge crack in its hideously-bubba’d stock for only $500 ?

Attached: B6E59336-81C1-45DC-ABF9-7313CE382FFA.jpg (1536x2048, 627K)

Price tag on that one.

I went to a gun show last weekend after a few years hiatus from them. It was literally 16 tables of fudds showing off their personal collections and two tables run by dealers selling over priced ARs and handguns.
$90 for Anderson stripped lowers
$650 Glocks
$1100 M1 Garands from the CMP

If I hadn’t gotten in for free I would have felt ripped off.

There’s a Ma Deuce for a mere $49,000

$1300 for this mummified Enfield.

At least I found some nice meme patches at mine.

At least somebody cool was there.

what is the story behind this?

considering the fact this table has a fucking deuce, are any of the other rifles on the table transferable full retard?

Factory original wrapping. It's brand new.

i pity you doubting faggots

Never seen an SKS pistol grip like this before. Anyone know who makes it?

Nice, so no bullshit, all guns.

Wut state

>worlds largest gunshow
>everyone has noodle arms

Wish this was in phoenix

>no scentsy
>no scentsy
>no scentsy

Man does not like Scentsy.

Has anyone asked him about Ms. Cake though? She wants me to sell off this kennel of dogs with orange eyebrows she came into possession of recently.

That's actually pretty cool

Wiat a second, said they don't allow purse stands but that guy behind it is selling holsters which are just gun purses, what the fuck!? This gun show is a fraud!

I took a piss next to Hickok45.

I saw you, but you ran away before I could assert my dominance.

fuck, just noticed it.

>CONCEALED CARRY?
Bring it, but unload it before you get in the building. Guards can hold your ammo at the door so you don't have to walk through parking lot unarmed

Are people really insecure that they would be afraid to walk across the fucking parking lot unarmed?

Attached: 1401319905004.jpg (640x574, 80K)

Some shithead bubba.

Looks like factory wrapping. That Enfield is probably in prime, unfired condition. I wonder how many crates of pristine Enfields are still buried somewhere on one of T.E. Lawrence's former outposts.

I'd buy it if I lived anywhere near, and just buy a replacement Finn stock.

>Are people really insecure that they would be afraid to walk across the fucking parking lot unarmed?

yes

This should be SOP at all gun shows.

A few more
>Police/mallcop table with duty belts and tactical flashlights
>table selling Condor shit for like $20-$30 more than Condor's MSRP
>some guy selling WW2 themed hand painted GI JOE type figures
>Brass Jews selling "once fired" 30.06 that looks like it's from the 70s
>bubba'd Enfields for $500
>bubba's Kar98Ks for $800
>some table selling those .50BMG brass keychains

Ended up trading it for Maadi AK and $450

Horrific

I saw that. about puked. The ak grip wasn't attached tho. But still Disgusting.

What the actual fuck?

wts is a scentsy?

>from gun stores in the area
Notamerican here, they still have to do NICS checks, right? I'm curious, do they just bring a laptop or something with them?

Yes, FFLs still have to do a NICS. Only private party sales don't require a background check, but that's nothing special about gun shows, any private party transaction is exempt. Usually they've just got the Form 4473 on a piece of paper and you fill it out, then an employee runs it by phone or computer.

It's a quick phonecall usually.

Does he go fully automatic or did he do burst fire or single fire shots?

I know any ffl has to, I was just wondering how it's actually done off-site
So a phonecall? That's rather interesting.
