The more people that adopt it, the more guns will be chambered in it. There's just about every load type you could want but fuck all pistols or PCC chambered in 10mm. I don't want to give Cohen 1k+ for a p220 in 10mm, single stack 1911s naturally have garbage capacity and Glocks feel like shit in my hand. A vp10, p10c in 10mm and/or CZ75 in 10mm would make me take the plunge.
The lack of decent doublestack 10mm handguns is hurting the cartridge.
