Today I shot 150rd of Blazer Brass .45ACP FMJ 230gr and its the nastiest dirty powder I have seen so far. Any other brand Geco, S&B even Fiocchi is much cleaner burning than this crap. You can even smell it on the range that it is nasty.
I've never seen a cloud of smoke from any .45 round I've fired. And I mag dump quite a bit.
Colton Richardson
Stop bitching faggot.
Michael Thompson
>buy really cheap ammo >user why doesn't this super cheap ammo burn nice and clean???
Are you clinically fucking retarded?
Ayden Campbell
>WAHHHH MY GUN, THIS WEAPON, USED TO DEFEND MY LIFE AND KILL MY ATTACKERS, SMELLS AND IS DIRTY WHEN I SHOOT IT WAAAHHH Fuck off. Go buy an airsoft, you might be too delicate for all this gun stuff.
Owen Nguyen
Do you only shoot on windy days? What ammo?
Brayden Thomas
indoor, umc right now
Samuel Perez
I have no idea why you bought blazer. I find it more expensive more often then S&B. Most of the bullets that are brass I shoot are S&B its just good cheap shit.
it's not good for the lungs you know. also i don't like being covered in grime. i'm just one of those guys who either wants to stay squeaky clean or if it's time then i'm gonna stay dirty and be dirty until whatever i'm doing gets done. and with fun shooting and plinking i don't consider it a job to get done and like to stay relatively unsooted.
Ian Edwards
wear gloves, and if you're really peeved about breathing contaminants, wear an n95 mask or something similar don't tell me you're going to double down on being such a vagina that you care what people think you look like too now
Tyler Parker
i'm the guy who wears a surplus NBC suit to the range with a GP5 gas mask and the good asbestos filters. i make sure to wear nitrile gloves whenever handling this stuff. i revel in the looks people give me. every uncomfortable and worried stare feeds my soul.
Nathaniel Walker
Do you rub your body in baby oil before squeezing yourself into the suit? Tell me all the details.
I never knew how bad magtech was never shot it it before >me and friend go to range had my little Taurus 38 snub and he had his 6 inch comppensated Taurus 357 >I'm shooting some random remingtion ammo from Wal-Mart he had some of the same stuff in 38 and 357 along with some 38 from magtech >were sharing a table blasting shit having a good time >then outta nowhere i see a weird ass flash and a giant plume of smoke from his gun >>Taurus.webm >hes also shocked he looks at gun its fine >shoots again same thing >wut >take one of his rounds and try it in my 38 >it's even worse its like were shooting black powder after every shot its a giant plume of smoke and weird muzzle flash >we get threw his box he says his dad gave it to him and it is old but not exteremly old >my gun was filthy and now I will never buy magtech
Jace Murphy
>Go to range >Shoot filthy ammo >Dont give a shit because I clean it when I return home This is what it should be like with range ammo. It is lower cost for a reason. Dirtier is better than shittier machines or people putting it together.
you're too developmentally delayed to troll people.
Anthony Lewis
>shoot glock >shoot huge amounts of tula/monarch and whatever else is cheap >never once cared to compare how "dirty" ammunition was because gun always works >dont even consider cleaning it until past a 1000 round point >see this big fag >"my shit gun got dirty and stopped working so my ammunition is bad!" - big fag lmao after 150 rounds. unreal.
Lincoln Butler
Yes Euros.
Aaron Howard
Yupp, trash as hell. I have been amazed by the S&B 45 fmj, and of course everyone loves the winchestie white bois.
Angel Collins
first before the range i scrub myself good in the shower to get rid of my stinky sweaty smell from the day before going shooting. second i rub a hard stick of deodorant from the underside of my bicep down across my freshly cleaned armpit and down further along my ribs, the hard stick gently bouncing along each like a xylophone. thirdly, i squeeze my steamy dripping pine scented body into the tight rubber suit one limb at a time. as i squeeze my steamy thick thighs intot he legs the talcum powder slides along my skin, and i can feel my leg hairs each tugging gently at my skin. next as i zip the suit up i bend over and give myself a cursory rub to make sure all the seals and straps are on tight. i don't want any of that filthy nasty sticky hot gun smoke residue getting on my precious skin.
i gently pull my hair back and close my eyes as i put my face into my gas mask. the tight rubber tugging lightly at my face. my wet mouth sucks in the precious filtered air, and finally i sigh a breath of relief. i am safe from lead poisoning. a few artifacts, and something intriguing

I've never had problems with Blazer Brass.
Yes, it's "budget" ammo, but it's still brass cased and reloadable, and the brass is pretty good--even if most batches have small primer pockets.
Different batches of factory ammo use different powders, usually whatever's cheapest by the trainload this week.
In any event carbon fouling is not a horribly big issue in a modern firearm. Get some cleaning patches and brake cleaner and clean it up. Problem solved, problem staying solved. It's not like you can get a powder that leaves no residue at all. All of them require you to clean the gun.
Ethan Wood
My reloads with cast bullets are smoky as hell, no matter what powder I use. It's the bullet lube, not the powder, at least with cast.
Blake Moore
To be entirely fair, not all powder residue smells the same. Whatever the Russians are using to load the steelcase ammo they export to us is, in my opinion, the worst. It smells like sour piss.
Jack Thompson
Hornady .45 are the cleanest I've shot. American Eagle 45 ball is also pretty good.
Zachary Diaz
Magtech is good in 9x19, .45 ACP, and 5.56 NATO. Everything else is kinda shit.
