BRAVE

>implying there's anything wrong with ERPOs

The 19th was a mistake. Possibly the worst mistake in US history aside from the federal reserve.

then do something about it.

Literally nothing is banned tho

Its just feelgood federal law duplication for metal parts in polymer guns

You can get redflagged cause some roastie you boned in college says you called her mean names tho

I told you assholes you were going to be like us in a few years and got jeered at.

that's cuz ur an faggit
has nothing to do with what you said and everything to do with you being a faggot tripfag fagatron

Nobody is going to be like tripfags except tripfags.

>95% nonsense headline

OP confirmed for falling for clickbait

>he fell for the PNW meme

>literally can't see any men standing in the back
theres your problem

Fuck you Phil when we balkanize I'm leading a legion of Cascadians to genocide California.

Hey, I'll help. After I get my godson out of the Bay Area everything south of Red Bluff is yours for the raping.

Well there’s that whole “due process” thing and that “constitution” deal

It's true, Phil, those two things happened in succession, but that wasn't why

Not if a Dem-controlled state says otherwise. Not enforcing the laws on illegals and weed opened the door to all nbew kinds of unConstitutional depravity. Califailia now says your fucking COWORKERS can go Stasi on you, and the first you know of it is when armed cops arrive at your house.

These threads do nothing but convince me that most of Jow Forums has no idea what "due process" actually means.

PROTIP: these laws are well within the established standards for due process.

>some roastie
Jokes on them never touch a girl b4

The where is the right to a fast and speedy trial? Where is my right to an attorney? Where is my right to know whose bringing charges against me? Where's my right to bring defense from said charges? Redflag laws are unconstitutional and circumvent due process by having someone else step in for me when I had no idea that this court hearing was taking place? Nothing about these are ok.

Here's a rundown of what actually passed, minus the OP''s fearmongering.

reddit.com/r/WA_guns/comments/bix9sf/2019_legislative_update_end_of_session/

Wrong

I bet you think you get a full court hearing before search warrants and restraining orders are granted, huh? If you actually bothered to read up on how these ERPOs work, you'd know that the state is required to hold a hearing within a short timeframe (typically 2 weeks or so) with you present, or your guns are returned. Due process is fully satisfied.

Sorry if reality doesn't meet your expectations

If guns are expressly mentioned in the constitution then shouldn't any state level legislature invalid? Isn't the fed the only ones who get a say on guns?

What are the chances of Washington reversing their laws making suppressors and short barreled rifles legal? We’ve only had access to legal suppressors and SBRs for less than a decade, what is stopping them from changing the law and reversing that decision?

Search warrants should not be allowed and restraining orders are for a persons protection. Just because someone was mean to you does not mean their guns should be taken away. And if someone wwants to dome themselves, then fine. They were degenerates in the first place

Jesus christ no you moron. The constitution only governs the federal government not the states. Or at least thats how it was supposed to be until Mr. free the slaves rammed the 14th amendment through. But that only says the federal bill of rights applies to the states as well.

It's generally the rule that states can create stricter laws than those on the federal level. That doesn't just apply to firearms but to other things as well like tobacco, weed, and other issues. No significant challenge to that notion has ever made it to the SCOTUS and I doubt they would take such a case because it would be a huge shakeup if the majority sided with those who said such laws were overly-restrictive and unconstitutional.

What rifle should I buy before the WA law that requires me to take a class before buying a rifle kicks into effect?

None. Once a state flips blue you never get it back.

Reread it bud.

AR15 lower, AR10 lower. Build the rest of the rifle whenever you want.

Lowers are unaffected by I-1639.

The fuck are you talking about

Ah so.

/ahem

It's a certainty. Once a state flips blue you never get it back, and the trend accelerates as the original inhabitants flee and more Somalis and beaners and junkies take their place. Next year at the latest. Calling it now.

No, there is no schadenfreude involved. Merely hate and disgust. But I *did* tell you. And all you did was LOL at me.

To the extent they abrogate the Bill of Rights, eh? Or even non-Constitutional amendments. Fine. Let's reintroduce Jim Crow in a state brave enough to do it -- but for liberals, not blacks. Feed them their own fucking lawfare medicine until they choke on it.

>brings a glock notebook on first day of rifle school

gimme your lunch money nerd

>And all you did was LOL at me.
To be fair, I didn't laugh. I said fuck you and told you I was going to genocide Californians, same as I did in this thread. Fuckers ruined my home. Not the Somalians, not the beaners, Californians.

>with you present
Wrong, not in NY, Mass or California. Someone can literally just make an accusation, call the police and the police can just get a ERPO from some judge regardless.

It's your boss or coworkers here in Cali now. There was a brief thread up about it. We're a narco-police state now.

Don't mind me, just hopping on the hate wagon.

Attached: 1551313252899.jpg (450x337, 28K)

Jesus christ, a boss can hate you and pull an ERPO with no consequences.

>And all you did was LOL at me.

Do you realize where you’re at? You’re too soft for this place.

Way to read only what you wanted to read and not what was actually written.

What are the laws though?

>confiscation laws
Prepare your bums

>linking to reddit

>You can get redflagged cause some roastie you boned in college says you called her mean names tho
How do red flag laws work in a practical sense.

For example, if someone said I'm a crazy cunt and that I own guns, do the police search my home for guns?

If so, can't I say they're my wife's and that I don't own guns?

Move to Alaska fren, we like our guns here and we need you for our army in case the leafs ever want to invade

Attached: 1556057871744.png (1280x738, 1009K)

Ideally, the laws are only supposed to be if someone close to you (parents, spouse/partner, roommate) reports you. It's not just any random person can get your guns taken away and there's supposed to be a real concern. If the court orders a seizure of weapons and a detainment for mental evaluation, it's only supposed to be up to 72 hours (iirc) and then if nothing is noticed then you are released and your property is returned to you. The court has to prove a reason to not return them and that means either proving a mental disability that results in violence or charging & convicting of a felony.
According to what linked, Washington State expanded it somewhat to be that any guns found can be seized and held for up to 6 months if there's some reason to do so. That seems like the most extreme outcome and I don't think it will be used very much because it would be difficult to justify holding somone's property for that long and not charging them with an actual crime.

>Phil spends literally all his time on Jow Forums shitposting "y-you'll be oppressed like me o-one day"
>"Haha told you so"

Reminder SBRs will be illegal to own after July and there is absolutely no mention of this purely to entrap you

Who is this

Is this the Krusty Krab

Yeah but laws never work ideally and there isn't a single judge in this country that won't sign any order that comes across their desk because noone wants to be the judge that didn't sign off on the seizure of some dude who actually did do some crazy shit with their guns

Just a dude who has done some digging. I noticed the clause that legalized SBRs back in 2010 (or whatever it was) got a new addition that makes it expire this July, coincidentally when the registry starts. So I looked around some more and found nothing renewing it, meaning they're being quietly taken off the table.

Post proofs

god i hope some important gun cases percolate up through trump's judges in the next decade or two, otherwise we're all fucked

Attached: 1557261547255.jpg (750x731, 229K)

Here's a quick peek at it, specifically the "section two of this act expires july 1st 2019"
Trying to find the full PDF where it gives a tiny bit more detail but it was a bit tricky to find last time I did

app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9.41.190
forgot the link cause I'm retarded

Well for us WAfags iirc the NRA planned to challenge 1639 again in the future but didnt plan to do so until everything was already in motion since that's what fucked them last time - but I'll believe it when I see it

Doing some digging, that specific RCW expires July 1 because this amended one is taking its place: lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov/biennium/2017-18/Pdf/Bills/Session Laws/Senate/5992.SL.pdf?cite=2018 c 7 § 12

Basically it’s adding “bump fire stock” in with stuff that is a no go, the section about SBRs being ok if you’re following federal law is still the same

>being this retarded
There can be no due process when there is no cause for trial or recourse. The recipient is being stripped of their rights without a fair trial.

>NEW SECTION. Sec. 12. Section 2 of this act expires July 1, 2019.

So just because some libtard aunt says "muh baybeez" you can have all your rights taken from you and thrown into an insane asylum wherein you have no chance of proving your sanity because insistence on sanity is symptom #1 of insanity according to doctors in those places.

Before you claim these laws are innocent you should readup on what it's like trying to get out of an asylum even if you had volunteered yourself, much less if you had been involuntarily committed. There is nothing innocent about this.

The CPL waiver was repealed too. Though on the plus side once WSP gets it's own bg check system up and running the CPL waiver will go back into effect.

What about Section 3, which says exactly the same thing

ok yo wtf

Attached: 81AFE5B3-FE2B-4E4F-B088-B4DA297A472A.jpg (493x637, 88K)

Restraining orders do not interfere with any of your rights, you just can't bother one specific person (you can't interfere with their rights). Search warrants do not interfere with your right to own property and need substantial evidence before being granted.

SPLIT THE STATE, VOTE FOR LIBERTY

That's what I was also thinking; since section 3 takes effect when section 2 expires, and it seems largely just rewritten to include bumpfire stocks every which way, they could just be revising things.
It would be super strange for something like this to go down and nobody, not even some obscure firearms blog didn't pick it up.

Kill yourself Phil you fucking cunt.

Phil is shareblue's biggest source of free labor, but since he uses a tripcode half of Jow Forums immediately takes everything he says as pure, undeniable truth

Section 2 is the same text minus the stuff about bump stocks being bad, section 3 is the exact same regarding SBRs being ok if you’re following federal law but has more stuff added about bump stocks being bad

The fuck is wrong with WA. I was going to move there but that state is going fucking insane.

>but since he uses a tripcode half of Jow Forums immediately takes everything he says as pure, undeniable truth

Wot. Jow Forumsommandos have been making fun of Phil for being a notorious no nothing for over a decade now.

>no nothing

Damn it. I'm a phoneposting piece of shit.

Californians aren't people, hence it can't be called genocide.

>PROTIP: these laws are well within the established standards for due process.

Attached: WRONG7.jpg (420x376, 15K)

>’oh you’ll all rue the day you tried to think PHIL was wrong.’
The only thing I like in California are the San José sharks.

Retard, you are a retard. Please stop being retarded.

Retard, retard, you are actually retarded.

PROTIP: you are mentally ill
fuck off /k basedboy, go learn what "due process" means

>They hated Phil because he spoke the truth

Cascadia is a concept made by a bunch of hippie socialist gun grabbers. Cascadia would be extremely anti gun, pro gay and not welcoming of anyone who supports gun rights.

>Restraining orders do not interfere with any of your rights,
You can't buy a gun if you have a restraining order against you iirc

It's an ex parte hearing with a low standard of evidence being used to deprive people of a constitutional right, based only on arbitrary notions of 'risk' rather than any demonstrable crime. The only possible argument for this being within 'established standards' of due process relies on accepting 2A as a disfavored and neglected right, but even then you may be running afoul of 4A.

>trap hentai.jpg
>This is fucking fag porn! t. Phil

>There can be no due process when there is no cause for trial or recourse. The recipient is being stripped of their rights without a fair trial.

Except you are entitled to a hearing or they have to give your guns back. Maybe stop perpetuating bullshit.

The CPL thing was only in response to the FBI changing how it handles background checks. The FBI is not allowing FFL's to run NICS checks for handgun purchases after July 1st, and this was the simplest change the legislature could make to account for the change. It sucks, but it comes from the federal level rather than the state level.

This guy is a retard who has no idea how to read the RCWs correctly. There is zero change to the status of SBRs.

Same standard of evidence as restraining orders, which have thoroughly withstood due process challenges. You don't have to like it, but the truth is that ERPOs do not violate due process.

Hope this shit gets shut down by the supreme court.
Not sending slaves to Liberia was probably even worse.

so what this thread is telling me is that Phil is one of the few tripfags that actually is right some of time

>muh femoids
t. incel

Now say “based nacy”

>all those womyn
>the two soulless cunts pandering for votes
>and this soicuck faggot

Universal suffrage was a mistake, not because of women, but because the non-property owning class can vote to take other peoples money. There's a reason theres so much unconstitutional shit going on (departments, taxes, laws), and liberty is eroded.

tl;dr I believe that Socrates was right in his critique of Democrcy.

give me your name and address so you can experience some due process dude
