range trips about 1/month
These are 1/2 hands about 20' medium pace which is good enough for my needs, I hope :)
looks like you were shooting it with a shotgun to be honest, family
Just this webm from some low light fun.
>doesn’t have a personal long distance underground range with heating and air conditioning
kek this board is for Jow Forumsommandos only
I went just last weekend. Zeroed my sights as best I could.
How do you get a good sight alignment with an eotech?
Without the iron sights as a cowitness to get the rifle level I always shoot high because my cheek position isn't perfect.
6 from a Heritage RR at 21ft one hand.
my last time shooting was on tuesday
Indulge me, pl0x.
How does one go about building an underground range. I have the land but digging/drilling is nigh impossible in Texas.
Was that timed for like 2 mins? Why are those groups so shit? If you miss one round on dot torture, you fail.
XDS-45 from 25 meters with the most basic Seller & Bellot 230gr FMJ ammo.
This is maybe 30 shots in total.
When I just start shooting, all my shots fall within the 9 and 10 area but later when my hands get tired the shots just go wherever.
>9mm (Smith Shield IIRC)
>about 15-20 ft
>30ish rounds
Not wonderful, but I'm getting better
Complacency kills user, don't convince yourself that your shit groups are good enough
Usually go twice a month, some times more depending on what I want to shoot. Just got a 10 22 the other month, so plan on adding in a few more monthly range trips now.
Timed for two Minutes?
I don’t follow. Like did I finish the entire thing in two minutes?
I time each shot to make sure I’m taking them as fast as possible but I’m gonna get 50/50 first. I don’t see the use in doing the whole thing in a set time when my shot time is set to random beep.
I try to go once or twice a month.
What are some general tips for learning to shoot rifles? I'm trying to teach myself with a 22 and an AR but I feel way worse with them since I have to shoot weak handed due to cross dominance. What distance should I be going for, and supported/sitting or standing? I saw some people say 25yd if I've never shot before, and 40-50 otherwise.
Well what use are you planning on getting out of your rifle?
If you don't miss how do you know what to improve on?
Yes 2-3 times a week. I have to stop myself from going everyday
left handed?
Keep practicing user you're doing fine :)
