we /aliens/ now

over the passed 4 years i kept forgetting to consistently eat 230g worth of protein and that that level keeps me full so i kept going over my 1600 calorie limit.

I just drank 3 premier protein caramel shakes and ate a costco chicken breast with onion and herb mix with salt.

This is the fullest i've been in a long time and under 1600 calories. but its too late. I'm like 28 now and can't go L337 opernator anymore cuz i'm old :(

also if i wanted IIIA protection on my JPC would you put the IIIA backer on top of the ceramic plate? it makes sense to me so that the shrapnel won't compromise the plate
