I'm starting to forgot my days at the gun counter. I had some real stupid shit happen, like a guy threatening to shoot a coworker, a family trying to straw purchase through 3 generations, people getting mad that I can't sell them something we don't have in stock, etc.

There's as much stupid shit that goes through the customer service department of my current place, but that's mostly all second hand since I'm in a different deaprtment. People constantly sending in red dots becuase they don't know how to turn them on, people thinking a dirty lens means that the optic is cracked and sent it in, people who don't know how to put in batteries, etc. I partly blame CS too, since most of the time they just tell people to send their shit in. What of waste of time and money.
