Kershaw Cryo for $30. You won't need more of a knife for EDC.
Stay away from anti-2A shit like Benchmade and Spyderco.

You shut your lying whore mouth.

>Kershaw Cryo
>assisted opening --> more shit to break
>slick metal scales
>alphabet soup steel
I mean, do what makes you happy, but Ontario RAT 1 and 2 are significantly better and would probably be my first recommendations. ESEE Zancudo/Avispa same deal pretty much. I have no idea where the Spyderco anti 2a meme comes from and they make a bunch of good stuff under $100 depending on what you want to use it for. Oh, also Cold Steel American Lawman and Recon 1 are unironically great knives. Code 4 too.

Leatherman Skeletool CX
Great knife and additional plier and screwdrivers.
Excellent tool to service your pistol.

KaBar folding Hunter is a great EDC, and you can cop for $20

desu this is a damn good answer, marginal benefit of having pliers and a screwdriver is significant and the skeletool is pretty easily pocketable

I always have my trusted DoukDouk with me. It was worth a few bucks when my dad bought it for me.
My older sister inherited my grandfather one.

Love the story around this colonial knife too.
They are expensive nowaday, around 20 bucks. You have better options at that price point

There are plenty of usable and serviceable cheap knifes. Look for AUS8 steel. Its not top tier steel but easy the sharpen and holds and an ok edge. I like the Ontario Rat II.

it's literally only one more part that replaces the need for a few others so you end up with less parts total. do you know how knives work user

What happened with Benchmade? Are they still anti gun? I remember they helped the police destroy some guns a while back but never heard anything since.

>you end up with less parts total
relative to a push-button auto, maybe, but nobody's suggesting that one of those is even a candidate for best sub-$100 edc.

I like their stuff but they are steadily increasing prices for the same product for years. As for the anti 2a stuff I don’t care, I’m a realist, as long as a certain group of people are alive in this earth they will try to disarm law abiding white men, no scrap of paper will protect your guns forever and honestly prizing the otaku-like nature of your hobby over its deeper implications as a means of self-determination sickens me enough to not want to associate much with the “stay away from my good time” types.

Armageddon > argumentation

It’s very unlikely for the tension bar to break. One more part than your average folder
I just picked up a dividend in M390. It’s fucking nice

Spyderco Manix 2 lightweight or para 3 or even sage 5 lightweight coming soon. The Chaparral is good too with cts-xhp.

skeletool has deceptively good ergos, very comfortable.

Call me a shill all you want, but really those arms were enroute to become scrap metal if they were not made into knives.

Imo I'm js they coulda have done much worse like making them into nu-male art sculptures or something

I had one of those little fuckers for a while. Very cheap, very nice.

Spyderco Endura / Delica
