My personal choice is any lever gun (example presented is the Winchester Model 1873 in .30-30)
What is the most boomer gun on Earth?

model 99 savage tho i do want one regardless
Remington 700 in 30 06
or a Colt 1911
>Winchester Model 1873 in .30-30
remington 760.
Browning BAR in 30.06
A lever gun is really the top of my list, but some other good choices are any military surplus rifle From World War 2 or before, as well as any wheel gun (Example presented is a Zastava M48 in 8x57mm Mauser. It's a common Mauser clone.)

they dont make em like they used to
Not the only right answer, but definitely the MOST right answer.
any revolver
m1a
i swear, as a 33 year old im making this gun as soon as my m16a1 clone is finished
i have a single shot lever actionthat just rotates a breach block behind the round and it's a .22 ontop of that. its the fuddiest thing i own.
It predates the boomers
1911
It has been eclipsed since the mid 1930s, let alone over 100 years later. Buying a 1911 is a gamble, maintenance is harder, and fuck fitting non critical parts. Also the whole thing was designed around horse cavalry whicj died in WW1 for all practical purposes.
desu, the lever action .30-30 is an excellent field gun to carry all day compared to fuddy 7mmShoulderBreaker with a 26" barrel and goddamn telescope in a scope mount.
>Also the whole thing was designed around horse cavalry whicj died in WW1 for all practical purposes.
can you elaborate on this
sporterized milsurp
it has a grip safety
which as far as i understand is a cavalry pistol thing
Not really boomer tier unless it's chopped into a sporter with a 6,000,000x scope on it
Ruger number 1s
1911
no gun on the planet more overpriced than that one
A boomer would laugh at a 73 chambered in 30wcf.
Pre 64 model 70s are very boomer.
Any wood furniture hunting rifle in .308 or 30-06 for my country. Lever actions would be very unusual unless it's a butchered Russian contract M1895
By far the M1911. That is pretty much the boomer Mosin.
spbp
has to be 30-06.
Grip safety for horseback riding and .45ACP for shooting horses, not le Moros in Flipland.
1911
Damn right
Are muzzleloaders boomer guns?
>Not embracing the tactical advantage of a firearm that can shoot fuck-off-huge bores at standoff ranges with deadly accuracy
Iunno mate, I fucking love muzzleloaders, they're dangerous as fuck. You can get them shipped to your front door and that's even better.
You all almost had it, but you didn't follow the meme to its logical conclusion: I give you the Trump Commemorative Custom 1911.

>No lowballers, I know what I've got.
This, especially when you put a peep sight on it. Just don't get a 73, get a 94 as god intended.
It wasn't. The .38 wasn't strong enough to take down Moro warriors effectively in one shot, so they wanted something with a little more pop. The Army requisitions unit put the lanyard loop into there for horse-use considerations, but it's complete bullshit that it was designed from the ground-up to be used off horseback.
Is this, dare I say, zoomer lore?
This. Got to shoot my grandfathers Winchester 32 special lever action at the range and it kicked ass
M1A, Mini-14, M1 Garand
>not wanting to ride with your waifus
Ruger 10/22
All this thread is telling me is boomers have good taste
>Wanting waifus going shellshock while sitting in mud, shit, blood while under bombardment for days on end
>example presented is the Winchester Model 1873 in .30-30)
the 73 was in .44-40 and later produced in .38-40 and .32-20, your thinking of the 94 which was chambered in 30-30 and one of the first smokeless rifles. As for a boomer gun I'd say Smith & Wesson Model 29, not that it's bad just that older folk own a lot of em.
