It was a test run for the chemical dehydrator (pic related). Im using high quality smoked jerky next time but doing it with the same meat too. Having +95% protein means 4kcal/g and a medicore energy substance. Having fat with 9kcal/g as a perfect energy source mixed in is better. So fat/carbs>protein when you have 1gProtein/kg weight is the rule. Possible making a batch of ramen with 0% water content and start a thread later
