from my experience cheap AR's like PSA are every bit as reliable as your upper end ones like BCM's or DD's. the main difference comes in accuracy and lifespan. your upper end AR's are going to have better barrels and thus have better accuracy and a longer lifespan. when I say life span I mean normal range firing (not mag dump after mag dump) and about 7-10k rounds. the cheap AR's will get you to 5k rounds easy, after that its kindof a lottery like system. for most weekend shooters a PSA is more than enough. for cheapfags like me 3-4 cheap AR's will get you through a war.
