I mean, it's got plenty of dings on it and it works just fine, because it's a protac hl and I got it and carried it around long before I built my AR-15 and put it on it. But seriously, out of all the things you could troll me on, the shitty sling, the primary arms magnifier, the holosun red dot, etc, you pick my flashlight, probably one of the most solid attachments to my rifle. That being said, it's in a $10 mount, but it works just fine with loctite.

How does /arg/ rank the various QD Blast Shields/Diffusers? Building a shorty and thinking of getting one for shooting at indoor ranges and aesthetics. Can't have suppressors in my state, but I might move in the next few years. SF Warden is my current frontrunner, aestheticly.

its not only about branding, you do pay for QC and quality components. will a PSA and anderson work, yes are they reliable for the most part, yes but alot of corners are cut when it comes to QC if theres even any QC, yes the material used to build budget ARs for the most part is the same as high tier ARs but built to the cheapest specs and tolerances. sometimes rejects and factory seconds from manufacturers are used for budget ARs, is an anderson or PSA good for plinking or HD, it is, will it hold up in a multi day class were youre dumping thousands of rounds, no, will it hold up to FA fire, no, will it hold up in a going to war scenario, no. you do get what you pay for. id rather buy once, cry once than have to replace stuff and upgrade stuff in a budget AR.

That logic works for factory assembled rifles, but /arg/ spergs out over a rifle with an FN CHF barrel, Bendy Bill trigger, and KAC handguard, because it's got a cheap lower.
