American guns in the sub $600 area are lower quality that their European counterparts. I was an all-Murcian errythang until I got a nu-rimshit 700 that couldn’t pull off a 3 inch group at a hundred and an old Browning shotgun that wouldn’t cycle. Higher priced American guns are definitely worth it, but I’m not willing to spend money on them. That’s why I have a Finnish rifle, Italian shotgun, and Czech pistol, which is about to be replaced with an Austrian one. But to each their own, OP

I’ll give you that, but it’s strange when you compare an 8-900 dollar Browning to a 600 dollar Tikka and the Tikka is nicer in pretty much every way. Especially since Browning is considered high quality and prestigious in the US. Although I am pretty impressed with my Aero upper. The fit and finish is just as nice as my PWS lower and the Aero ran me significantly less.
